Due to NO FAULT of Opie Oils, my 5 litres of Millers oil for my car was delivered damaged with a leak of around half a litre or so of oil from a split in the plastic.
The carrier company originally told me it couldnt be delivered due to damage, so I re ordered from Opie..
They sent a replacement out straight away without issue.
The original order turned up and it looked like the well packaged box had been thrown / dropped upside down and there was a rupture around the cap of about 2 inches.
A big Thank You to Opie Oils for their fast response in re sending my order.
Highly recommended.

Opie Oils have a wide range and their website is informative.
But I placed an order on a Wednesday and paid extra for next-day Priority delivery because I needed it by Saturday at the latest.
It arrived too late on Monday, the same as if I'd paid less for standard delivery. I'll keep the oil as I can use it in the future, but that's not the point.
There's no point in offering speedier delivery if your courier can't do it. Opie Oils must be aware of DX Delivery's Trustpilot terrible reviews, so why carry on using them and damage their own reputation?
If I need oil in a hurry in future I'll look elsewhere.

Opie oils give honest advice to sell you the right part, not the most expensive part, I've always had hassle free service with great prices and fast delivery, I always recommend them.

Used to be good... Not anymore, Very Slow, Poor packaging, Damaged on arrival. stay away.

Update: 16/11/22 Opie Oils have tried to have my review taken down claiming it's fake, Not a very honest company it would appear.

Update 2: 17/11/22 Opie are now lying about contacting me for information in there response, very clear now they refuse to take any responsibility or own up to there mistakes will not be returning again which is a shame as they were reliable up until recently.

Have used OpieOils several times over the years and have always found them helpful in answer questions and very reliable and professional in dispatching the goods. Have recently bought Millers engine oil from them as I want to support a UK manufacturer.

They are good for for oil, and simple items, but if you have to to return a faulty product... Prepare for weeks of waiting, even with their returns policy states other way.
Received my order( ignition coils) on saturday 3rd, fitted to the car, engine misfire badly, so coils (or 1) are faulty. Contacted customer service about how I can return them, they guide me to their returns page. Ok, sent them back on Monday 5th, paid for postage.
On Tuesday 6th getting email that they unable to refund because items been used?! And they need to send them back to NGK for testing??? Ok, after phone call to them I filled NGK form and send them a copy.
So far, on Friday 23rd, I have no coils, no money, no updates.
UPDATE:
At first nobody asked for a reason of return. Also filled return slip, where I include information that item(s) is faulty, and pack it with items.
But anyway, 14/10/22 no refund or replacement. No communication from company since 23/9.

Professional outfit, nice stock and offers

This is astonishing. I ordered some service items online yesterday afternoon and they arrived, by standard delivery this morning at 9.50. I also had a lot of help on the phone from customer service in relation to one item I was not sure would fit my vehicle. This is one of several dealings with this company where I have had deliveries more promptly than from any other company I have ever purchased from. Exceptional service and exceptional help.

Ordered online and an item had leaked. Opie resent a replacement without any problems. Even sent out a larger quantity item to make up for the hassle. I would highly recommended.

A very disappointing experience. We place our first order with Opie to the value of £1100. When the order arrived it had been sent out as 12 separate poorly packaged parcels. For an order of this value and size we would have expected it to be sent on a pallet. As a result there was a total of 20 badly damaged tins. Opie then sent out 20 replacement tins, on a pallet this time, but the top box arrived crushed with 3 more damaged tins. So Opie had to send out yet more replacements. I wrote to the MD asking for reassurance that this would not happen with any future orders, but he chose not to reply.

Hi recieved my order today just wanted to say that the oil container was loose resulting in a leakage not a big deal but just wants to be checked for future reference thank you C Gregory

Opie oils has to be the best Company re taking an order, dispatching same day, their couriers deliver next day, can’t beat this service.

Started using these guys for my engine oil and it is fantastic, great price and car oil temp runs cooler which is always a bonus. Website is good and shows you what products are compatable by putting in your registration. Will be back again when I need my next oil change.

Never heard of or used this company before, however they were the only place that had the correct spark plugs for my car available. Placed an order with them very late on a Wednesday night and they arrived early on the following Friday morning. Excellent service, will definitely be returning in the future 👍.

Recently ordered some oil that was part of a promotion. When the oil was delivered the container was leaking. Contacted Customer Services (CS) and a replacement was dispatched. When it arrived was inspected on the drive and rejected for the same issue, the container was clearly leaking. My garage will not accept open oil containers for servicing on account of their indemnity insurance if contaminated oil leads to catastrophic engine failure. I'm hoping this will be resolved to my satisfaction, but I now don't have my oil for my upcoming service and I mirror comments on this site that the CS seems to be slipping. If things improve then I will update my post.

Update on my last. So Sam from CS agreed to refund the oil part of my order that was issued in a timely fashion - Thank you Sam. However, the fact remains that I did not have the oil I required for a long-scheduled service so had to use a different supplier which proved more expensive and was an aggravation I could have done without. Hence the 3* rating given (upgraded from 1*). Other elements of my Opie Oil order were fine (fuel treatment and screen wash).
