As above and well packed.

Nothing went wrong, but buyers be aware Opie marketing about cheapest oil prices including 15% off everything is hype. For example, their price for Shell Helix Ultra Professional 5W30 AJL is £56.95/5ltr + £6.95 for delivery. But I've been buying it for £36 including free delivery. Trust Pilot have as usual threatened to remove review as soon as Opie Oils flagged it unless I could provide proof of purchase. Rather idiotic on their part as I didn't purchase any oil from Opie because their price was twice the price of the retailer I did purchase oil from

Been going to Opie Oils for years for oil for my car, never had an issue until today. I was missing 1L from my order. Contacted them via their website and within minutes I was advised they would send the missing oil Royal Mail Priority. Absolutely brilliant service.

Will continue to use Opie Oils and will continue to recommend them to friends who ask where I get my stuff to service my car.

I have used this company for many years mainly because of their competitive prices but will never use again after my latest purchase. Parts I ordered recently are clearly faulty but they've been giving me the run around for days now, first they had to contact the manufacturer to confirm the obvious and came back to me with a ridiculous answer. They then said a manager would have to deal with the issue who came back with an even more ridiculous answer. This is all to save the a few quid in return postage costs. This is exactly the same as my first encounter trying to return faulty goods so its obviously their policy to give the customer the run around until they give up, that won't happen with me though next stop consumer rights.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with,,I have been using them for 5 years or more. They give any information that is asked of them, online or over the phone..
My emails gave always been answered within a few hours and telephone calls are always answered immediately.. Their knowledge is extremely good and Goods delivered promptly.. Excellent

Having been a customer of theirs for over three years now I can whole heartedly say I cannot fault Opie Oils whatsoever. Same day dispatch every time, with outstanding customer services for the rare occasion I had a delivery issue with the courier.

Their website is well laid out, their packing methods ensure there are no leaks and their prices cannot be beaten especially as there's free UK mainland delivery over £75. Plus you a get free air freshener usually 😁

After being let down by boiler juice, at late notice we called Opie Oils Redruth and they managed to get us booked in on the next working day (after the weekend and bank holiday), it was a competitive price and they really got us out of a fix. We'll certainly be ditching BJ and going direct from now on.

Good deal on the filter and oil I ordered, but disappointing my order was sent and delivered a day later than the estimated delivery date.

I have been using Opie Oils for several years now, really since I have owned a car I have been buying from them.

The selection of products is fantastic and the website is pretty easy to navigate compared to others. The 'servicing essentials' page is the easiest way to find the majority of parts you need for routine maintenance. The prices aren't always the cheapest around but they offer a price match and they have offers on pretty frequently. Though the oil is cheaper than elsewhere that I've found.

The only complaint I would have is the time between ordering and dispatch as it can take a while. I think this is a shame as sometimes the convenience of going and picking something up straight away from a more expensive place trumps the savings from going with Opie Oils. So if ordering something to work on the car at the weekend because the weather looks good its maybe best to look a couple of weeks ahead.
