Before processing a registration, if you select any non-U.S. country, we do have a warning banner that pops up saying "Optery only works for U.S. residents at this time". This message shows up before you submit any information (name/email) and create an account with us.
If you are signing up as an individual or as a family for an Optery personal account, Optery still only works for U.S. residents at this time. However, you can still create an account, and we'll notify you when we begin supporting your country. Currently, Optery's international support is exclusively available to business customers and has not yet been extended to consumers, but is actively working on expanding this service.
Additionally, you are the sole owner of your Personal Data and can request disclosure or deletion at any time and we will delete this immediately!

Now you see Me- Now you Don’t
Although I have only been a customer for about 2 months; it’s remarkable how I saw so much of my data out there now vanish in less the 60 days. Of course not everything is removed 100% yet but wow what a difference I have seen already; especially on all the data freebie sites…I have the Ultimate plan and Optery is very busy at work for me. Also customer service responds so quickly to my newbie questions too! Thanks Optery!!!

Optery Works great
Optery worked perfectly the first time I tried it. All my info was removed from all the sites I saw it on and Optery got it removed almost immediately.

They do the bare minimun
They do the bare minimun. After 4 months of service, I can still see my information on multiple websites. They also try to aggressively upsell the service and I don't like the idea of being pushed to upgraded membership when there is no progress.

We noticed that you've written reviews for another opt out software recently - there will be a lower volume of removals if you already removed many exposed profiles. We've also sent instructions on how to submit any Removals Issues if you have found your profile on a data broker site covered on your plan, so we can take care of it right away. Because you are currently on the Core plan, it is possible the sites not covered by your plan are where you are seeing your profile. Additionally, some data brokers can take several months to comply with removal requests, but we are continuously working to remove your profile - you can see this progress in your Activity History in your account. Please email customer support at support@optery.com and we're more than help you further!
Nailing expectations
Few companies deliver on all of their promises, but Optery is one of the few exceptions. Highly recommend!

Good service
Been having issues with spam calls and emails after job hunting. Finally got fed up and started looking at data removal services online, and optery seemed like the most promising. I can't speak to comparisons because optery is the first website I've used for a service like this...but overall I'm happy with it. Spam calls are way down. Used to get several a day, now it's just every other day.
I had to cancel my subscription for personal financial reasons, but I will certainly return in the future.

Skeptical at first, now a believer
I was highly skeptical of Optery at first. I didn't see much progress at first and thought I had been ripped off. But, as time went on, I became a believer in their site. Communication is good and I see less and less of my info online. I have the Ultimate plan and believe it is truly worth it. They have been adding more and more data brokers lately, it's great. I value my privacy and Optery has been satisfying my desire to have less of an online footprint. I have Incogni too, but overall I recommend Optery to anyone.

I have researched all Privacy…
I have researched all Privacy Companies. I even removed myself from dozens of sites prior to making a final decision. This is by far the most comprehensive service on the market. And if you value your privacy, worth every penny.

Optery is a Privacy Pinnacle
Optery is a Pinnacle in their industry. I have a paid subscription (for 3 mos. now) and am happy to say that I see less of my personal information being broadcasted and sold to nefarious data brokers. Some removals take time and some will reappear if one is not careful on sites where one must create an account.
Our privacy should not be sold and partnering with Optery and Proton has been the best move I have made in reclaiming as much of my privacy as possible. It will be a lifelong partnership as information selling is a multi-billion dollar industry and I am determined to not participate as much is humanly possible.

So I go to the bank to open a checking…
So I go to the bank to open a checking account. They go through the usual collection of info but then something happened. They could not verify my identity through a third party company they use. First time that has ever happened to me. Wonder why. I use Optery and now I no longer exist. Real good feeling that they are doing their job. They needed my birth certificate and drivers license. Now a data broker has my info again so that will have to be wiped clean again but Optery will handle it. They did before.

Optery works. I see my information out there less and less. Sign up for a yearly membership to get the best results because it takes time for the data brokers to remove your information. Optery takes care of it so I don’t have to worry.

Excellent, Prompt Service
So far, Optery has been great. I have seen a significant decline in information about me on the web. Additionally, I had a billing issue that needed to be addressed. I was fine waiting a couple days for support to assist; however, Dakota immediately got back to me via email and addressed my issue. Thank you for the Excellent service!!

Optery works really well
Optery worked great for me. They were up front in their service and made me aware that my service would not be able to remove my data from all sites, but they provided instructions for me to use to remove my data. The report that shows my exposed data is very nice and helpful. Their capability to remove my data was great. For those few sites that they can't automatically remove data, they gave me instructions.
