Hundreds of pounds cheaper than…
Hundreds of pounds cheaper than ordering from the UK so was initially skeptical but they delivered within the time frame, with excellent communication throughout. The glasses themselves were a complicated prescription but absolutely bang on. Could not be happier with the company.

All the process from processing the order choosing the options and pricing are very user friendly smooth and no bug in between.returning to cart back and forth editing correcting goes without any issue .the price is very compatible.
The only disappointment was to get the info later that beside the shipping fee the will be a custom fee ( almost $100) to pass the boarder which I wasn't informed about.
And I don't like hidden fees that pop up after placing the order.

Get your order right because their return/refund SOP sucks
Purchased a pair of spectacles from Bassol, communicated with their customer service folks and arranged for the parcel to be sent back to them. They signed it off and then refuse to refund me for the returned goods. It’s so hard to even get any support from them to clarify the refund. Shop at your risk

Very fast delivery to another country. Very competitive price, unbelievably speedy delivery to another country (placed the order on Saturday, received my package on Tuesday). Well packed. Exactly the product I was looking for. I wanted to buy the same frame I owned before and broke - received genuine product identical to the one bought in luxury boutique.
