Poor Experience
Delays in obtaining frames from vendor, then put in wrong perscription, misleading tariff advertising (nearly 100 US Dollars) that you have to look into the fine print to see if your country is actually not covered in their "they pay" tariff program. I give them 2 stars solely because their email follow-up support is strong.

Products arrived a week later than the estimate, but the communication with the customer service was healthy so no harm done there. The products themselves are great, and I got a really good deal. Likely to order again.

Great sunglasses
Great sunglasses. Took a long time to come but did get some communication with a team member. I was lucky enough to receive a day before I went on holiday but I made it known to the staff and they ensured it came for me.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a pair of glasses and they have charged me £40 to return them as they didn’t suit me. This is despicable and robbing customer service! In what world does returning a pair of glasses cost £40 you can send a tyre abroad for £9 - shocking beware of this company! For your sake! Will never order from thi disgusting company again!

I am a genuine customer and am not sure how I can validate that through trust pilot? But I have a customer number, and am a genuine customer of this terrible experience and shocking refund charges of £40 POUNDS which is quite frankly a disgusting charge for a pair of glasses to be returned - and makes no sense whatsoever besides robbing someone blind. Customers please be wary of this “Bassol Optic” company that drop kicks you in the eyes!
