Both my husband and I, after many months of deliberation and talking to Optical Express staff at the Maidstone based premises we opted for eye procedures for both eyes each. It’s not just the results but the continued, genuine application throughout from Heather , our first point of contact and Adrian on reception who are amazing , informative and so very courteous at every visit. Andras, our consultant as with the others, totally professional and easy to talk to about everything eyes. It’s been a very happy and successful journey to date. Thank you all.Gary & Pieter

This is, let me assure you the real deal, professional throughout, pleasant and very helpful. I found their input and information sharing enabled me to prep myself for next stage procedures .Excellent medical staff willing to help and inform you which has a calming effect whilst you are in their hands. The aftercare staff are equally impressive, the opticians must be the best there are as I can't imagine anything else you'd require, my optician contact named Lubna was of the highest calibre and helped me a great deal, yes, without doubt, service and staff is highly recommendable. Well done team Optical Express.

Went to the Edgbaston Road clinic for a laser eye surgery consultation. Lorna was brilliant. Incredibly friendly and patient throughout. It’s a long process but it felt relaxed and comfortable. All of the staff are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, I never felt pressured to commit to anything and was given the freedom to explore all of my options.

At Optical express Birmingham everything was very professional and friendly. Everything wet very well.
I would recommend them.

I had an appointment 17/06/2026 at the Taunton Optical express I was very impressed with Simone Tremblett the personal advisor you I had the appointment with she made me feel at ease and answered clearly any questions I had and she carried out the eye tests very professionally but also with great care thank you so much

I had lense replacement surgery a few weeks ago and it was a great experience, I was reassured by Sophie who helped me to relax and also Sohail who helped to explain the procedure and then once I had the surgery, Sharon helped explain the recovery process and helped me to fully understand what to expect, a truly great team and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you guys, I can see clearly now, a great value for money investment, no more awful glasses !!!!!!!

I would really like to use optical express to laser my eyes and had booked an appointment on Saturday. I needed to move the appointment and re-schedule 4 days out. They were totally inflexible and said I had to pay a £50 re-scheduling fee. All their appointments on the Saturday were empty so they haven't lost revenue. I feel they approached this the wrong way. They have now lost a client who was going to spend some money with them for being money grabbing with no flexibility for £50!!!

I had a great experience at Optical Express. Usman, Mohammed, and the entire clinic team were incredibly helpful and welcoming from start to finish.

Mohammed took great care of me and was very down-to-earth, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Usman took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me understand which lenses would be best for my needs. His knowledge and professionalism made me feel confident that I was in good hands.

The clinic itself is beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend Optical Express to anyone looking for excellent eye care and customer service.

The team at Clapham, were polite and helpful. The explain everything clearly and was honest in their assessment. I would recommend this branch.

They gave me tea and biscuits and were lovely and friendly!

Now 24 hours after my double lens replacement with Igor at White City and sat at the Milton Keynes clinic for my follow up with Dimple my care assistant.
All great so far.

Visited Uxbridge for my pre op and consultation and had the treatment in Milton Keynes and aftercare appointment. Staff very friendly and attentive and surgeon Dr Sajjad at Milton Keynes was fantastic and would recommend, talked me through what was happening during surgery. Alex on reception was very friendly and welcoming and simple was friendly and professional

Fabulous experience from day one all the way through to aftercare. Brilliant surgeon Dr Manu Mathew and after care from Pretti.

I visited for aftercare in Milton Keynes and i saw Dimple. I am very satisfied with eye surgery and also the procedure was very simple and easy. I am highly recommending this clinic and surgery to other people and patients!

Brilliant from start to finish. Staff were all lovely and helpful especially Donna & Katie. Dr Cheema done a brilliant job, no pain having lens replacements and vision is perfect. I would definitely recommend Optial Express at Newcastle.
