We used Optimus when faced with a very short deadline to move which our trusted mover could not do. Packing up was fine, except for damage to a door which they did not report but delivery from storage was appalling- over-priced and virtually blackmailed to pay balance before they completed. Failed to collect boxes and to respond about a missing rug.
Bloody awful. Threatened to leave our stuff at side of road- demanded payment before the job was done! Didn’t help our card was on the truck in a bag!. Don’t get the packing service- they even packed used tea bags! Damaged goods. Such a shame as the removal men were lovely- but due to the rush and the constant phone calls from the office to them we had to rush- hence the damage. Steer clear and do not use! I can’t think of a worse company.
I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Untrustworthy and slippery as eels. They won't acknowledge damage their movers cause to your property. Their business model is to quote you a number of hours they know the job can't be done in and on the day of the move they hold your property hostage in their trucks and send you a bill that is higher than what they had quoted.
