A Nest of Rats.
Very dangerous and totally dishonest business to have any dealings whatsoever with.
The first anybody here knew about their 'services' was when our current Internet Provider wrote a letter saying "that they were sorry that we were leaving them". A couple of days later our Broadband was cut off!
Later the next week, a Letter from Opton Telecom arrives looking like it had been photocopied in bulk in a back office by a gibbon, the addressee's name on the letter was that of a person that had lived at our property nearly 20 years ago. It seems obvious that the Goons at Opton just trawl the 'phone book and behave like odious, devious Cuckoos taking over peoples Contracts and hope it's not noticed.
As soon as we realised what had gone on we contacted Opton but their 'telephone assistants' are highly trained at using weasel words to excuse their underhand tactics. They have actually slipped up very badly by suggesting that they will be writing eMails to the Current Broadband Contract holder with our information that would be in total breach of the Telecommunications Act and Data protection Act.
When I spoke with them on the 'phone I could only visualise a nest of rats.
