It is said that moving house is one of the most stressful things you ever do and they are not wrong. After accepting an offer from a cash buyer, we thought the sale would be straight forward. This was not the case but praise and persistence must be given to Hayley Levy in particular and David Ramon for pushing through with the sale for us. We managed to get the house we wanted and are settling in well.
I would also like to thank the rest of the Camberley team for showing the prospective buyers around our home and for their prompt feedback. They were so upbeat, helpful and reassuring. Many thanks.

Received an offer from a purchaser who was supposed to be financially ‘vetted’. An exchange date was proposed for 2 months later (straight sale no chain). 4 days before supposed to exchange, buyer has not applied for searches, not applied for a mortgage. When I asked the agent to put the house back on the market, he refused, saying ‘it’s not like we had a queue of buyers for your house’. Tied into a twelve week ‘contract’ I couldn’t go elsewhere. Unsurprisingly enough, the sale fell through after 2 separate mortgage valuations, applications, were declined, so basically, purchasers do not have big enough deposit. I have been mislead throughout, with different information, from different members of staff, and now to top it all off, they are insisting that I have to wait 21 days for a ‘notice’ period to expire, meaning I cannot sign up with a reputable agent. Appalling service, appalling attitude towards their ‘clients’, you know, the ones who pay commission and in affect their wages. This has had an awful impact on my family, my finances, and my health, but they do not care. I highly recommend you avoid using this company, if, you wish to be treated with respect, and would like a basic level service. Avoid, in my opinion.

Arranged a viewing for 5.30pm today . Nobody turned up and when we called we were told that they had left us a voicemail advising the viewing had been cancelled , why not just tell the truth and say you forgot to call us .

Orchard representatives were generally helpful, and friendly during my tenancy. However, if they truly pride themselves on their reputation then they need to consider reviewing the type of landlords that they choose to partner with. Having lived in an insect infested flat for ~2 years where the landlord refused to accept any responsibility, and all the pain and spitefulness received inbetween, my experience with Orchard has been completely tarnished. Orchard also allowed the landlord to charge ridiculous deductions from our deposit. For example £5 for a supposedly missing door stop?? £84 for a toilet seat that was broken by Orchard's recommended cleaner. With no photographic proof, I had to make the decision to pay this huge sum to avoid further mental stress. Good luck to anyone renting a property owned by the Fulliloves.

Efficient, prompt and got on with it! Couldn't be happier. The process was smooth and we're now in our new house. Thank you Orchard By Bridges.

I recently purchased 3 Broodmore Juniper ground cover plants. They arrived moist, and in great shape. Can't wait to watch them grow.

I purchased two Arborvitaes to replace a few dead ones in our yard. Shipping took a few extra days then what was estimated. The two plants arrived in a shipping box, in great condition! They are alive, green and healthy! The two plants are smaller then what I was planning on but it will do the job. Looking forward to getting them planted.

Order a Honeycrisp apple tree from online orchards July 9th. 7 days later it arrived. Didn't think it would look as health as it did. Very pleased with my experience from online Orchards.

ordered a brandywine crabapple tree. Received it in a few days and it was great. About 3 feet tall with several branches. Will plant in a few days and see how it grows. The website has great info about what to do for my tree. Thanks.

I ordered 2 dwarf bare root Chojuro pear through Home Depot on-line and they came in from Online Orchards well packed and on the date promised. They are about 4 ft tall, well trimmed with strong root systems. I planted them a week ago following instruction from the " Planting and Care" guide provided, and now new leaves are coming out. I am very happy with the healthy plants , at 1/3 the price compared to potted fruit trees.

I ordered a peach and a nectarine tree...both came well packed and I received an email the day the were delivered. I receive mail through a post office box, so ensuring the date of delivery was crucial. I have ordered trees in the past and they are extremely healthy and well pruned!

My cherry tree arrived well packed and healthy, with easy to follow instructions for planting.
