OS Maps has become an essential tool…

OS Maps has become an essential tool for planning future walks.
However, the annual renewal process should allow the customer to confirm they wish to renew before funds are taken.

Excellent customer service

I had a problem with delivery of an order as I had put the wrong postcode on order. OS sorted this out and very kindly sent a replacement. Really pro-active and helpful.

I've been using the OS digital mapping…

I've been using the OS digital mapping app' for around 6 years now. At first it was a Christmas present, since then I've used 'auto renewal' to keep this app' running on my iPhone. A very handy alternative to carrying the paper maps - which do eventually go out of date.
