Purchased a cough syrup for $34.15 on 1/15. No cough syrup as of 2/2/26 and address was correct. After waiting close to a month for this I asked for a refund and they decided that I only deserved $15. Ridiculous and horrible customer service. You should do better. Don't rip people off. I will never order from your website again. You will never earn business "Small Business" by ripping people off.

love their products! the have something for everybody and I especially love the tinctures, glucobitters is my favorite to calm down my sweet cravings and excessive hunger with PCOS. I have also loved the zinc plus and digestive juice! Zinc helps with androgens and digestive juice is great for better digestion and is great for on the go when you need more support.

I have been an OO customer from the beginning, and loooveee Olivia’s creations. She is an absolute wizard herbalist, one of my fave tinctures is Liver Juice and Microbiome Guard and I always have them stocked along with many others. Everything is high quality and it really works. They have the best customer service too!!! I’ve been trying to get a hold of a representative. I keep getting charged for Liver Juice every month and the subscription does not appear on my Organic Olivia account in order for me to cancel you pulling funds from my account!!! Your customer service is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. I keep getting an automated bot texting the situation has been escalated to email but I NEVER get the stupid email!!!

Have used Immune Shroom, Mood Juice, Elderberry Elixir and Microbiome Guard for several years and they are all amazing. If anyone in my family starts getting sick, the Elderberry Elixir and Microbiome Guard are usually enough to nip it in the bud. I had one rare occasion where 1 of 4 items was damaged in transit and a replacement was shipped immediately.

I am new to trying Organic Olivia products. I have not been taking the products for long, but I am enjoying taking the liver juice, flow balance, and ovarian guard. These herbal supplements are easy to take and manageable to fit into my daily routine.

Both times I've used this tincture- I've gotten pregnant right away. Like seriously within a couple weeks of using the tincture.
