I highly recommend this business. I've bought a few dog toys from them. Prices are really competitive, delivery is prompt. Great communication when there is an issue.

a Sunday too! I've used Ormskirk Pets for years as they have the cheapest prices but I also really value good customer service and this will ensure that I don't ever go elsewhere!

Ormskirk Pets had exactly what I wanted, I cannot fault their efficient and speedy service. Here on the Isle of Man I could only find small bags of the bird seed I wanted if I had bought the same quantity of those I would have paid double what this wonderful little business charged.

Terrible customer service I requested a refund as my item never arrived and was totally ignored. Parcel turned up 2 weeks later with no apology very disappointing

Excellent service. Ormskirk Pets offered a fantastic deals on treats for my parrot, which I ordered. When they had a small delay due to supply issues they upgraded my delivery option to next day delivery to avoid any further delay. So great price, great communication and great product. Thank you

The products I had ordered were out of stock but Ormskirk Pets emailed me straight away, refunded the additional postage I had paid for quick delivery and agreed to send as soon as in stock. True to their word, refund received and products despatched exactly when they promised, including fast delivery. Great service and products, will definitely use again. Thank you.

I ordered 3 Puppy toys and two of items arrived in the wrong colour and 1 item was not what I ordered. When I emailed to say that my order was incorrect I was told that these toys came in different colours and that it is random what colours you get.
Think this is really out of order and I will never order from this company again.

Brilliant value and quality for my collies "chewies'. The only problem I have is with courier service EVRI, my parcel was delivered miles away!! and it was only the consideration of the homes occupier who took the time and trouble to bring it to me that I actually received it
