Ordered a hamster surprise box for ten pound what a waste of money. The items inside where broken and one of the biscuits was out of date and broken. The itens where probably worth £5 at the most.
Very surprised as iv never had a problem with them before.

Brilliant service. Was hunting down jumbo carrot sticks for our Husky. We normally get them on Amazon but for some reason they are out of stock or there’s an alternative with a 4 week wait. Googled the carrot sticks, came across this page and found them straight away, price wasn’t more which was a bonus. Saw that it’s a family run business which made me like them more. Was sent the tracking code the next morning. High recommend.

Great value and usually delivered in a couple of days

Originally ordered from another company who then couldn't fulfill my order. Found Ormskirk Pets selling the bed I wanted at a good price. Three days later the bed arrived. Very impressed with this company.

This company never fail to do their best. I placed an online order on Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day. Most places would have sent an order to arrive the following week. The prices are excellent and it is a family owned business which I will always try to support over large corporations. Thank you Ormskirk.

I've used Ormskirk pets for a long while now and I find them to be a good reliable family run business. No order is to small to receive there outstanding service. Only last week when I ordered after purchasing i realised that I had appointments so I would be unable to receive my order, I contacted them and they rearrange my order to suit me. Another great thing about this family run business is they answer your emails enquiries supper fast. And a few occasions there have been a few surprises in my orders extra products and toys that my Beautiful dog will enjoy. So thumbs up and carry on your excellent customer service. Mr Ron Lines.

Great prices, big range and the customer service is brilliant

Brilliant selection of goods and fast first class service and delivery.

Placed an order in good faith. 3 out of 12 items I ordered were not the right ones. Nearly a whole month and I still haven’t got my refund - it’s less than £10 and the time and stress in still trying to get my refund processed is very poor indeed. Now they seem to have stopped replying to me! Ormskirk - please issue the £12.09 refund including the postage you agreed to refund.

Having had a subscription for over 18 months, without any issues, it's disappointing that the most recent order has been problematic.
Once money is taken for the order, I normally expect the delivery via the dreaded Evri within a few days.
It hasn't happened in this case and when I chased Ormskirk by email they tell me it's out of stock/delayed.
Why they couldn't let me know as not having the order when expected meant I had to source dog food elsewhere at a higher price.
Let's hope it's a one off

Ordered at 2am Monday 5th. Paid extra for express delivery (1-2 working days). Its now Friday 9th and I havent heard a thing and its still not here. I have emailed twice and been ignored. Won't be using this company ever again
