Easy ordering, super fast delivery, all present and correct.

Fast, efficient service - good price for my item - all in all very impressed.

I PURCHASED A GARDES SOFA SET FROM OSEASONS VIA THEIR WEBSITE. THE SET ARRIVED WELL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND ARRIVED WELL PACKED ON A PALLET SO NO CHANCE OF THE BOXES BEING DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER I CONTACTED THEIR SALES TEAM AS I COULD NOT FIND AN ITEM ON THE SITE THAT I REQUIRED. I SPOKE TO STEVE WHO HELPED ME OUT WITH MY SEARCH FOR THE ITEM IN QUESTION. THE SET WAS JUST WHAT I WAS EXPECTING AND WAS A GREAT PRICE. I ONLY HAD ONE SMALL ISSUE WITH THE ORDER AS ONE OF THE CUSHIONS WAS INCORRECT BUT THIS WAS RECTIFIED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. ALSO THIS HICKUP ONLY HELPED TO PROVE THAT THEIR AFTERSALES CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS EXELENT. I WOULD 100% USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND THANS TO STEVE FOR ALL OF HIS HELP WITH MY PURCHASE. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD SELECTION OF GARDEN SOFAS AMOUNGST OTHER THINGS WELL WORTH A LOOK AT THEIR SITE. FIVE STAR SERVIVE FROM START TO FINISH.

I ordered an item and I changed my mind. I spoke to customer services and my money was refunded within an hour.
Very impressed.

Product is good vfm and arrived promptly. Tools supplied work but not ideal. Much easier to use own ring spanner.

Received my sofa set and found it easy to assemble and I am very happy with it. Disappointed that you didn't have a suitable cover available for this set.

Ordered a bathroom basin from Ocean one trading via manomano, which I found was the cheapest compared to other websites I visited for exactly the same basins.
The basin arrived really quickly and as described, unfortunately the pop up waste was missing, contacted the comapny and dealt with Steve who was very apologetic and responded straightaway.
The missing part was dispathed and received the next day
Absoluelty thrilled with the basin and the aftercare and customer service received.
Would definetly make a bee line for this company and buy from again, highly recommed

When I ordered there was no information on delivery times. The phone number on the invoice wasn't correct but an automated message gave another number that was answered. The person I spoke to said that delivery would be within about a week and someone would be in touch to arrange this. Delivery was a week to the day that I ordered but I had no warning of this - the first thing I knew was when a massive lorry arrived near our property and couldn't get any closer. The driver phoned my mobile and, luckily we were in, as we had to drive down in our own van to transfer the furniture over from the lorry to get it to our property.

We recently took delivery of the 6 seater Fane table. It is of excellent quality (very heavy) and the whole experience from placing the order to delivery by their carrier was brilliant.

The products arrived very well packaged and by a friendly helpful courier. i am very happy with the colour, and overall quality, but have just one small gripe. One of the feet doesn't tighten properly as it doesn't line up, thankfully this does not impact on the stability of the corner sofa, had more been like that i would have had to return. Maybe more thorough checks are needed on the assembly line before dispatch. Looking forward to a nice summer when i can put it to good use 😄

Beware. We purchased an outdoor set a few years ago and since then the heat (UK based) has caused the weave to become brittle and split. Therefore causing the table top to collapse.
Basically it’s failing to bits.

Something £600+ and designed to be outside and uncovered in the summer.

Very poor product and didn’t want to rectify! Will be posting on their socials if you’d like to see photos! Avoid.

Item not yet received after 7 days so very poor delivery hence the rating.
Cannot therefore comment on the actual item.

Prompt and clear responses to my queries relating to the dimensions of the pergola, before we made the purchase, delivered on time as well. Easy to understand build instructions great idea with the fixings in individual referenced bags, and the quality of the material is good. Finally its always nice for all the pre drilled holes to line up...looks great in our Garden...

Great quality too.
A little more difficult to put together than I had expected as you need 3 pairs of hands to hold pinch and locate and screw bolts etc. But got the hang of it in the end.
Looks stunning on my decking.
