absolutt worst, i delivered my bike on the 28th of may with a request of chanig the wire for mye breaks, on the 9th of june (12 days later) i got the noitice to pick it up. Turens out they had changed the breaks, and added some exstra services - that was not part of my request at all.
Additionaly, my gears are now completly broken, i other words - the bike is now useless.
Basically i paid 700nok for not riding my bike anymore.
I got the package, but its not the latest design. it is on bargain price tho.
I have bought a package including skis and boots. They annonce on that they give you 2000-4000 NOK in discount when you buy this. I only received 500 NOK in discount even through I have mailed them and re- visited them in their shop in Oslo to complain and to obtain the discount.
I recently got a dry bag, and when I got home, I noticed it was the first version, a few years older than the newer one. The best part? They sold it at the price of the new one. The employee seemed unmotivated and wasn’t helpful at all. If you have to shop there, make sure to check basic things like that.
