Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 38 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported significant delays, with packages taking weeks to arrive or getting stuck in transit for extended periods. Reviewers frequently experienced issues with tracking information, noting a lack of updates or estimated delivery dates, and some even had their packages lost entirely. People also expressed frustration over paying for express shipping only to encounter severe delays and poor service. However, some customers also noted problems with the final delivery, including packages being left in inappropriate locations or not delivered at all despite tracking updates. A few other people also felt that there was confusion regarding the actual delivery service, as packages were sometimes outsourced to this company even when USPS was expected.

This carrier is as slow as Molasses

This is my second experience in the last few weeks where a merchant used OSM Worldwide for a package shipment. The first package took 13 business days to arrive from NY to NV. The second package has now sat in York, PA for over a week and I tracked it today and it is still there. I don't understand what the value is utilizing this company instead of just shipping directly with USPS? It should not take multiple weeks to transport something that any other carrier would deliver in 3-5 business days at the latest.

Eleven days from NJ and it is in LAS…

Eleven days from NJ and it is in LAS Vegas; seems they are placing a bet on when this will be delivered; had been scheduled by as late as 11/21/23; it took pony express about the same amount of time to deliver from NYC to Livingston, Montana but it was on time: if you really are reading these comments you will notice that the ratings for your service is a high 1, only because there is not a zero!

I unfortunately ordered from a company…

I unfortunately ordered from a company that uses this "shipping partner" and they have held on to my package for a while. It just keep bouncing around to different locations under the OSM Worldwide name and when I reached out to them they claimed they handed it to USPS. USPS usually scans things pretty quickly but they never received the package. On USPS's website it says they're still waiting for it. The package is stuck in some place in MD and has not moved since the 10th of November. I ordered that package on November 5th, it was shipped on the 6th, and it was supposed to be delivered on November 11th (which is an already delayed date). It is November 14th and I have yet to either see an update or to get the package. It still reads as being in that OSM distribution center in MD. Some companies use this service to cut corners. Avoid them!

OSM isn't that bad

All these negative reviews are mostly just generating hysteria, this is from a loud minority. First experience with OSM, absolutely no problem. Was picked up on the 6th, arrived at York, PA on the 7th. Once at York, it left the same day around the afternoon, and arrived at my USPS regional facility on the 8th in the evening. After this point, my review wouldn't be on OSM, it would be on USPS, so I will not include any more information. OSM fulfilled their duty in the time mentioned, and the package was delivered in the 1-5 business day promise.

OSM is Irresponsible…

OSM has picked up two items from retailers and failed to move them to the USPS in a timely manner. Apparently they let shipping items linger in their saddle brook NJ place for days if not weeks. There are no updates that they post and seem to have no accountability. Although I dont want to blame the retailers who post on ETSY, they are going for the cheapest route and collecting money for expedited shipments. This company is a joke

Crappy Servicee

They take too long to move stuff. I have waited 9 days already for a package and it hasn't arrived and there is no update to the tracking of it. Where is my package??

DO NOT USE

I ordered a package through a reputable Resaler. they had said it would take 7-10 business days to be delivered. well we are coming up on 10 days and nothing. when I track the package the USPS states that it was picked up by OSM 8 days ago and hasn't moved since. when I reached out to OSM I got a generic response and was given no help. if you see that OSM is going to handle your package request a different shipping method. A quick google search will reveal that OSM has a one star rating on every review platform and has nothing but negative reviews and horror stories. If you are a business DO NOT WORK WITH OSM! It will negatively affect your business!

Slowest shipping possible

I placed an order on September 4 and the item was shipped September 5 and eBay estimated I would receive it by September 11. There was updates to the tracking daily but that stopped after the update saying it had departed their York, PA facility. Until the USPS accepts the item there is nothing they can do on their end. I contacted OSM two days ago and was told to give the USPS 7-10 business days from the last scan to sort and scan the package and because of how my items shipped (bound printed matter) it would take longer to be delivered. Had the seller just went through the USPS and sent the books media mail, it’s estimated my items would have arrived in 8 days. Instead they have been missing since the September 8 scan, but OSM doesn’t consider it late or missing. Their customer service is unhelpful and say to contact the shipper. They take no responsibility and didn’t even try to find out where the package is. Other items went through OSM in York, PA after this one and I’ve received them, but these books are just out there somewhere. I pointed that out, but it was ignored. From now on I won’t do business with anyone that uses OSM. This seems to have been an issue for years with them and nothing has changed.

A Book Order

I ordered a book on August 17, which is #2 of a sequel. I was supposed to get it by August 25. Now they are saying I may not get it until the 31st, but I really have my doubts. They say I can cancel my order. I could have just gone to the library. This is beyond ridiculous.

Glacially slow, prehistorically stupid…

Small package in transit for more than three weeks now, destined for eastern NC. Most recently, package went to OSM center in PA, then to Raleigh NC, then to Fayetteville NC, then to Richmond Va....yes, it's going backwards now. Involvement of USPS is always a losing proposition; transit from Singapore based business through China, to Canada, to US used up the first two weeks. Looks like OSM/USPS are going for the record. Seller, of course, neglected to state it operates out of Singapore, to begin with. Small wonder this vendor's single star is only because you can't rate less than one, overall.

Horribly slow shipping company

Horribly slow shipping company. Took them 8 days to transfer my package to USPS. Their website says if you're package is stalled somewhere, contact the vendor, as if they're the ones with the package. Complete BS.

Terribly slow

Terribly slow, I cannot believe that they are taking days to take my package from the company to the post office. The package is not at the post office for departure to my state, when it should already be delivered.

I'd say before ordering from a company website, ask them if they use OSM, if they do, order elsewhere.
