OSM picked up a package for delivery from Big Sandy, TX on January 6th, 2025...and it arrived in Grand Prarie, TX on January 28th!!!?? It took 22 days to travel 125 miles, a drive that takes only about 2 hours! I live just outside of Tulsa, OK...this package should have taken no more than four days to arrive on my doorstep, five at the most...with me being extra patient.

How in the world is OSM still in business based on these reviews?! It's been 22 days and I haven't yet received my package...I can only imagine how long it will take to get the rest of the way to me.

Edited to add. It is now Feb 1st, and the shipment FINALLY made it to me. Let me stress, this is barely 5 days short of a month from the day My account showed it shipped out.

I could have driven ANYWHERE in Texas from where I live in Oklahoma and picked this item up in 2 days! Seriously, this OSM is horrible!

EVERY item a vendor on Amazon has tried to ship has been LATE or LOST. 😡

I’m going to specify that my items NOT be shipped (or attempted to be shipped) OSM.

Why bother?

I ordered a calender on Jan 9. When I started tracking it via web search, the number could not be found. The little bit of info Amazon gave me said it got to Vegas on the 11th of Jan! It sat there until today, when USPS finally got it and sent me an email saying it was in Billings, which means I should get today. Why did it spend 7 days in Nevada! Very badly run delivery service!

Would advise any companies who value their customer base to not use this shipping partner. According to their tracking, it said it departed a city in Texas, and then FOUR days later arrived at a different city in Texas. I looked it up and those cities are a 16 minute drive apart. Then, it sat at their facility for a day and a half before moving again and was moved from Texas to Las Vegas. I'm in Arizona. They literally drove my package THROUGH or at least directly past my state without delivering it. They also provide no estimated delivery date which is annoying. I still have no idea when my package will arrive and I ordered it a week ago.

My package arrived at osm worldwide on December 11th, it is currently the 27th, and I still don't have my package. At this rate I probably won't be getting it until January. How backed up with packages can they possibly be?

Add Alibris Books of sellers to avoid because they use OSM and me to the list of people with packages tracked: "On Its Way to USPS, Picked Up By Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item" for a week!!! I even contacted Alibris about carrier and they said USPS and I paid for expedited delivery. HA! Alibris is making me wait 2 weeks to make me whole meanwhile not able to buy a replacement due to holidays.

OSM got package in Detroit on 12/15 to be in Washington, DC area before Christmas. It lagged in Michigan, lagged in York, PA, lagged in Savage, MD. My Grandmother could have walked it here in better time. Pkg is still not delivered. Not sure why there are multiple day stop-overs. This company is neither fair nor competent.

I was told my package was delivered at 1:59am today!

It was never delivered, what a con! I am disgusted with this company!!! I didn’t have a choice of delivery companies. But I will never trust this company again! 95% worst reviews on TrustPilot.com , that should say it all!

Excessively long ship times. Packages sit at OSM and do not move for days or weeks and they only need to be delivered to the post office. UNACCEPTABLE.

Worst company. Has taken 11 days so far to pickup package and deliver to their facility and still not delivered to USPS. From PA to CT

This company is surely committing fraud. I ordered a DVD from Thriftbooks. That company won't help me, because they say the item has shipped. REALLY. I ordered the DVD on November 25, 2024. It's now December 11, 2024. My Thriftbooks purchases NEVER take this long. OSM still has the item in Halethorpe, MD. Does it REALLY take weeks to get it to USPS? I don't think this item is going to arrive. Thriftbooks should ban mailing with OSM, because this company ONLY gets the lowest score -- and I agree with one complaint, i.e., if I could score OSM lower, I would!

I would rate less than one star if it was available. I ordered an item from Amazon and the item was shipping from Colorado to Illinois. I ordered on December 1. It says item should arrive between 12/8 and 12/16. The tracking indicates the item has been within 10 miles of my house for 3 days now. It still does not show that it is out for delivery. This is crazy.

All the ONE STAR reviews speaks volumes, this company must be a ghost money laundry company because they are not doing what they supposed to do..FORWARD THE DAMN PACKAGES TO USPS!!

Worst shipping partner of all time they need to go out of business. Nobody likes them.

In Boca Raton FL, Nov 12, 12:37PM, OSM printed a USPS label. The private OSM company calls itself a "Shipping Partner" but is ridiculously slow moving the item to USPS for delivering! Fri, Nov 15, 10:06AM, item reached Grand Prairie TX, 10:06AM. To date, Sat, Nov 16, late afternoon, no further item movement?? What is OSM's reason for not providing USPS the item for delivery?

It's just a trash company It has been 15 days still nothing. Originally, it was supposed to be 3-5 business days, but I'm still waiting. I honestly don't think I'm gonna get my package.

How can it leave you guys and come back to you again instead of to usps if this sight let picture I have tracking picture on my phone it says arrived at shipping partner facility departed shipping partner facility arrived at same place 2 seconds later wtw like how

Ordered a book from ebay. OSM picked it up 9 days ago. The package has yet to be delivered to USPS. I ordered from a seller 2 hours away, & at this rate, I'll wait two weeks or longer for the package to even reach USPS.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) says OSM Worldwide received my package on September 21, 2024. The USPS has not received my package from OSM Worldwide as of today, October 23, 2024.

The OSM website claims the USPS tracking data may not be correct in saying OSM received the package on September 21, 2024.

I have received other orders from the sender of this package in less than a month's time as far as I can recall now.

I did not receive my package. I got
a refund.

Experience same as above - I've got 2 of 5 packages in the past couple of weeks that were shipped OSM - they just sit and you have to wait several weeks before filing a claim. I'm going to notify Ebay. This is certainly fraud - no coincidence.
