Slow delivery

Ryze mushroom coffee uses this shipping company and my items have been in Georgia for the last 5 days. Ridiculous!

If I could rate it less than one star I…

If I could rate it less than one star I would. Why does this company even exist. They are the slowest delivery service I have ever dealt with in my life. My package has been stuck in “York PA” and hasn’t moved for 5 freaking days. After further researching k found a plethora of dissatisfied customer who would rather their seller had not used this service.If anyone in charge of the company happens to read this, get your shxt together.

OSM WORLDWIDE MAKES SNAILS LOOK SPEEDY.

5 days after placing my order the seller claims the package was shipped meanwhile USPS TRACKING APP says otherwise, "USPS awaiting package, will update delivery info when package is received. Osm worldwide is the shipping partner. What I really dont get is why sellers need shipping partners for every little thing? Have they really became so lazy and lame that they cant drop a few items off at the post office themselves. For a while I thought maybe USPS just hadn't updated the app but then my roommate who is also getting deliveries from other sellers is actually getting updates so now I am convinced that OSM WORLDWIDE is the culprit
This seller just lost a customer because of them.

Nonsensical delays!

My current bad experience with OSM mirrors previous experiences. I like to buy used books, and every time a seller uses OSM, it takes far longer than it does with USPS alone. Currently, my book was picked up by OSM in Secaucus, NJ on 3/17 and arrived in York, PA on 3/25 (only 180 miles from Secaucus.) Left York the next day; I have no idea where it is. USPS has not yet received it; book is now officially late. Why did it sit for a week? That's nonsense. As I said, this is not the first time for such unexplainable delays by OSM.

My package has been sitting in two…

My package has been sitting in two different facilities for a week. The last one is 60 miles away. I could drive an hour and pick it up. Instead, it’s just sitting there getting dusty for five days… wonder when (if) I’ll get it.

would give minus rating if available, osm has become an interference between package and recipient...evidently the USPS doesn't bother to transport, no they have out-sourced the work to this ****** company called OSM. My package sits and sits and makes no movement and I'm wondering !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????? is going on with my paid for package!!!!!!!!!!!RUN away from this company!!!...the fault lies in the USPS now.

OSM Worldwide Worst Shipping Partner (Businesses BEWARE)

Why in the world would any business use/pay for this incompetent middle man service? What could they possibly offer that is of any value to a business? OSM Worldwide will absolutely give your business a bad name for shipping times. With the dozens of reviews I've read on various websites. It is clear as day that OSM Worldwide absolutely sucks at what they do. If you own a business and are looking for a shipping partner I would stay far away from OSM Worldwide. They will get you some negative ratings which these days can hurt a business pretty bad. You will be better off dropping your own packages straight to USPS. You will then have faster shipping equalling up to happier customers that will again use your product or services.

How is OSM Worldwide still in business? How is OSM Worldwide providing a service to anyone? Why would a business pay OSM worldwide for such a slow and incompetent service?

I can't answer any of the above questions, but I put them anyway in hopes that search engines pick up on the keywords to help a business find this review so they can dodge a bullet and NOT use OSM worldwide!

An order was place on EBAY

An order was place on EBAY, seller "Second Sale", there was mixed up (Ebay) with address & seller was contacted immediately but seller Would NOT respond to my Several requests for Address Update info. OSM DID Respond More than Once to Advise me of Updated
info regarding my Address. I am SO Grateful.

I hate this shipping method

I hate this shipping method. My items get to my city but then they just sit and sit there for upwards of 5 days or more before finally being taken to my post office (5 miles away from the one where they sit and sit at) to be delivered. So the process takes 5+ days longer than it should because the packages just sit in my city and don’t move.

WHAT is going on with this delay!!?

WHAT is going on? USPS Tracking tells me that my package arrived at OSM in Aston PA (from York PA) on January 22 and it still hasn't moved into the USPS system to deliver it to me: about FIVE MILES AWAY!

How can I contact the Aston location to get things moving?

Horrible

Horrible! I will never buy from a company that uses a third party shipping company. Bought from thrift books. My book has been stuck in ga for days. Was told they wait until they have s as certain amt of pkgs before they deliver. Why not just use usps? Wont buy anymore books from thrift books or anybody else that uses third party shipping

I ordered a package which was being…

I ordered some skincare which was being shipped from California to Colorado. In ALL of my past experinces, when I get a package that ships from Cali it's delivered in about 2 - 3 days tops. However, with OSM it took a FULL 10 DAYS to reach me. For some godforsaken reason the package went from Cali, to Nevada, and then all the way down to the southern tip of Texas?!? before being brought back up to Colorado. IDK if this was put on the wrong truck in Nevada by mistake or what, but this is absolutely ridiculous. This company is completely incompetent and should NOT be used by businesses.

My book showed up on time.

My book showed up on the day that eBay estimated. I initially thought it was shipping through the Post Office, but then I saw it was with OSM partner shipper. I didn't know what that meant, so I did a search to learn more.

I was concerned with the preponderance of bad reviews so I waited. So this time I am glad they used a 3rd party shipping company which got it to a Post Office near me - especially now with the issues with mail getting stuck for weeks at the new postal sorting center near Houston.
