Fast delivery
So happy I made the purchase. I was skeptical about ordering because I had read reviews saying delivery times were delayed.

Insulting customer service over a packing error
I am a returning customer, but my recent experience with customer care was deeply disappointing.
A metal whisk was missing from my order. Rather than correcting a simple packing error, the company relied on warehouse CCTV—which cannot see inside a product box—to insist the order was complete, strongly implying that I was lying or acting fraudulently over a £5 item.
Instead of replacing the missing tool, they forced a refund "as a gesture of goodwill", stripping away my promotional discount and leaving me to cover full price plus shipping to re-order it—a 108% increase to replace an item missing through their error.
More concerning than the cost was the total lack of accountability. When I formally requested that my escalation be passed to the Director/CEO for review, the customer service team blocked the request, claimed management was satisfied without providing confirmation, and ultimately ignored my final email entirely.
Accusing a loyal customer of dishonesty and refusing to allow senior executive oversight over a minor warehouse mistake shows a complete lack of integrity and basic customer care.
Very upsetting and disappointing experience
