Non existent customer service
Ordered from otb 5 weeks ago. My order left their warehouse and has been stuck at the first seller depot ever since. Having spoken to the depot/ shipping provider straight away (thanks to their prompt response) I was advised to get in touch with otb as it needed to be resolved their end. I have sent multiple emails since then and had no response. There is no number online and right now it feels like they are totally uncontactable. I still don’t have my products or a way of escalating this issue or getting a refund, as there is no way to speak to them which is increasingly frustrating ! Will not be using OTB again, but will keep trying to get my money back !

Delivery is nightmare
Delivery is nightmare, last monday they refused to leave on my front porch, even we got security gate and neighbour , we can open the gate remotely. Ok … then show week didn’t hear anything, normal is next day 2nd attempt. Today I got email confirm delivery between 9:12 to 11:12, I called at 11:20am , told will be next stop , now it is 12:32, nothing happening , I need to go out asap
