It started off really well, I uploaded photos took my time with a bio and then got online once I paid my subscription. It’s now 5 months and I’ve got nowhere. Despite sending likes, super likes and messages aplenty I received only one reply to say no thank you. The amount of fake profiles have increased exponentially since I started and in the end I was blocking more profiles than I was viewing! I think the idea of our time is great but the functionality is flawed. I have wasted my time and money on this site and it’s a shame as they should’ve worked harder in ensuring it worked properly. I’ve deleted my profile and cancelled my subscription.

Total waste of money, Muslims disguised as women, all want to take money from you, absolutely shit

Too many fake profiles, so many scammers out there! The site needs to up its security and verification strategies. Also very expensive for limited functionality. Avoid.

I recently communicated with a Verified profile on OurTime, After an extensive conversation, we moved to texting. I later became concerned about inconsistencies, and I tried to verify the person's identity. The profile subsequently disappeared. saved screenshots and messages and attempted to contact OurTime to report my concerns but was unable to reach anyone by phone and have not yet gotten a response from a written request.

I would urge users to be very cautious about sharing personal information and to verify someone independently before any conversations off the app.

I had other issues with this app as well - they removed pictures from my I am writing to report a profile that I now suspect to be fraudulent. The person used the name Luke Etermad and the phone number 442-315-7815. After much conversing, we moved from the app to texting, and his profile then disappeared. I saved screenshots of his photo, his profile, and copies of our text messages. Can you locate his account and call me at (805) 551-3737 because I am concerned of my safety?

I also have problems with this app - OurTime deleting my photos from profile, saying it was a copyright when it was not, and I was offered a 50% discount for a paid membership, but I only received a 25% discount.

A dishonest site; I subscribed for a month, and cancelled in December. Yet, here in August, my profile is still up, and I receive "views and messages: from subscribers who are conned into believing I am still active on the site. AVOID, UNLESS YOU WISH TO WATE MONEY.

I don’t want to even give it one star, but that’s the only option!! Avoid.

Every profile that I engaged in was fake, which means it wasn’t the person that was represented .. I received numerous emails apologizing for other fake profiles… I asked for a refund and did not receive one beware of anybody on that site at giving you their number outside of the site.. once you expose them you never hear from anybody again

I would give this company zero stars if Trustpilot allowed it, but unfortunately one star is the lowest rating available.
I paid £119.99 for a six-month Premium subscription, only for my account to be suspended after about one month without warning, without evidence, and without any proper explanation.
Customer service was dismissive and relied on template responses that completely failed to address the issue. Despite repeated attempts to obtain a clear explanation, OurTime refused to justify why my paid account had been suspended or provide any meaningful review of its decision.
In my opinion, accepting payment and then denying access to a paid service without transparency or procedural fairness is completely unacceptable.
I have now been forced to issue a Letter Before Action and will pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies if this matter is not resolved.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a paid subscription to think very carefully before handing over their money.

I forgot my password and try to change it by following their instructions. I received a message that a link was sent to my email to reset a new password. I never received any link. I searched my Spams but nothing. I contacted them again and explained the situation. I immediately received an email asking me to do the same things I did. Mu other attempts to resolve the issue remain unattended. No reply from them since. My profile remains there but I cannot access it even to cancel my picture. I’m so confused and frustrated

My experience was paying £40+ for a bunch of scammers trying to rip me off around 7 first they get you off dating site onto WhatsApp for instance you will normally get a reply and chat at odd hours. Next they will chat build trust glean any information they can. Then whammo they try to get you to send cash for xy or z reason. Do an image search on their profile picture ask for a telephone or video chat more than likely they will want to get to know you better but still expect you to send cash if I can see the red flags I'm sure the companies running the site could. Oh and they might have a business WhatsApp account. Use sites like these at your own risk

Don't believe people are real - tried to contact several, even managed to match with a couple - but strangely there profile would disappear and the match removed. Wanted money if you ever wanted to see anything. Fortunately saw other reviews with same experience and had not paid anything. Curious if this has been reported to Watchdog to investigate. My worry is this is happening on Match.com the sister site, which I also can't get any replies too! I would give this site a zero if I could.

I went to this site on a recommendatiob that genune profiles and early linkups were a feature of this site. I registered as a n 82 year old widower looking for companionship. I expressed interest and was made a "match" immediately by a beautiful 66 year old widow who just happened to live nearby . She gave me her number and started a whatsapp/ This ran into all sorts of problems and the lady's "business" phone substituted and it worked much better. But no face or voice. just text msgs - RED FLAG. She said she had gone to Dubai on business, networks bad (not true). and had trouble in getting hold of a iTunes apple pay card (RED FLAG) from Tesco. She refused to do a video call (RED FLAGb) but did a voice call which had a strong malaysian accent inconsistent with her stated Dutch nationality RED FLAG). She gave no reason for not doing a normal conversation with video so I eventually quit with a claim for refund.

This was my first time (and last) on this site. I was scammed twice!! I feel so sorry for these men whose photos are being used to con females like myself. Be aware of this site ladies and gentlemen!!

It’s a total waste of time and money. I Don’tbelieve there are that many women out there looking for connections. Never had a reply to any messages not even a foxtrot Oscar.
I cancelled my repeat subscription as soon as I took it out screen shot the confirmation notification.

Appalling website. I tried to register, it made me jump through hoops with verification on 2 occasions and after 20 min , I got Something Went wrong so the software was all over the place. I tried to log in again the next day as I had wasted about 45 min the day before putting all my info up and it said Accoutn Blocked!! I haven;'t even joined it yet and when going onto the site , there is no contact button at all, just FAQ's , none of which addressed my problem. There are plenty of other reputable sites to use so I will do and ignore this site , it is un-user friendly

Ourtime they should rename it dont wast ourtime full of fake profiles that dont exist and scam profiles dont wast your money on this expensive site

Scammer central. This alleged dating site is riddled with nothing but scammers and fake profiles. I’ve had 3 ladies approach me and not one was who they said they were. All were trying attempted romance scams and asked for money sometimes as soon as the next day.
In addition many of the profiles seem fake because they allegedly send you a like only to ignore your written response. Avoid like the plague.

I tried for one month. Totally dissatisfied. with their highly suspect ethos.
After I was no longer a subscriber, Ourtime kept my profile on their site, as though I was an active member, thus deluding clients with subscriptions, all of whom were able to message and view me. This, in my book is dishonest, and their affiliated company, Match.com is equally reprehensible in engaging in the same manner. Avoid !!!

Site didn't recognise likes , lost messages , reset visitors all within 12 hours - what an absolute shambles. An advert in the local paper would be more reliable -and cheaper - No wonder there is so much poor feedback - shouldn't be allowed

This site is expensive and a waste of time.
Only good thing was that I met the love of my life,but unfortunately it didn’t work out.
I won’t be using dating sites again.
