The apps have so many sex players+ scammers. So I have removed all my photos and my profile details. After that the apps not allow me to delete my account and not able to unsubscribe. I sent email to customer service to request refund+ delete my account+ unsubscribe. The customer service said I didn't register yet and said can't find my account and asked me to register. The apps is rubbish. And the customer service is not helping. I request refund+ delete my account+ unsubscribe. I do not recommend this apps.

Would give it zero stars if I could. The recent "update" has made the app almost impossible to use. And if that wasn't bad enough, I was blocked from the site for no reason that I'm aware of. I didn't do anything wrong - I was browsing one evening and was just kicked out. Contacted their non-existent customer service email but was completely ignored. And I was a paying customer into the bargain (not any more though). Seriously -give this site a miss, there are others out there.

Recent app upgrade a total disaster. Nothing works. All chats deleted. Personal data altered. Total waste of money. Avoid

After a required update to the app recently, I do not seem to be getting any likes which was not the case before the update. I get no or delayed notifications of any messages I receive also. Poor, very poor.

Since the change to Meetic it's haywire
- my height is given as 69cm (that should be inches!) and I can't change from metric
- location is now Bath and it doesn't accept postcodes
- my search criteria were change from 25 miles to 226
- there is no way to contact them

It gets worse. I send a message but cannot see it. There is no way to see messages sent as there was previously. If I don't contact a 'Like' within a week they disappear.
Meetic is out to stop us meeting. I'm cancelling - it's a rip-off

Don't waste your time or money. Mostly fake or inactive profiles. You will be targeted by scammers immediately. This site is disgusting, a total rip off! Avoid like the plague!

The updated Ourtime site is an absolute disaster.😒🤔😕😢
Why these changes were made is a mystery.
Prior to the update, although things didn't work perfectly, it all made reasonable sense. NOW it is chaos, contact you are chatting to disappear from your screen for hours, having messaged a contact, you cannot determine what your previous messages were, you keep being encouraged by one tab to continue your conversation, without displaying what that conversation consisted of. Simple word headings have now been replaced by silly looking tabs, which of course everyone is expected to understand. This update was designed for one reason only, to sell you more quirky items that may enhance your chance of a date. It is most certainly NOT aimed at either enhancing the users experience, making the site easier to use, or stupidly not even increasing there chance of more customers. In fact it will most definitely have the opposite effect. James A

I used the app regularly before the recent update and found it quite easy to use. After the latest update, which resulted in days of things being not available, it is dreadfully! The app is very slow. Parts of it still don’t load. You can’t look at a profile with multiple photos and if you move the profile even a tiny bit trying to see the extra photos, it marks it as a Like. Utter rubbish.
There’s no contact or feedback details and some of the pages that might contain contact details or reporting methods simply don’t load.
No wonder you see all the same old faces on lots of other apps! Won’t be subscribing anymore.

Updated their app nothing loaded they want you to pay premium membership so your previous filters were lost ie smoker non smoker only way to change was to £

All I can say dont waste yr money on this site . Iv given it another go on this site for six months my subscription is due to run out i won't be renewing . There's lots of timewasters they dont turn up when they arranged a date . There's a lot of ghosting and people who couldn't bother messaging you back . There's lots of rude people who just block you for no reason as im genuine men. There's lot's old profiles what are not active anymore on the site .

very expensive compared to bumble; bumble has free chats, if you match. Had 12 likes within a week and , no of those accounts exist now, so i assume they were fake. There are genuine people on there though. The site just crashed while I was using it as well. Its 7.49am on Jan 21st ;site down for 12 hrs & I paid for a subscription that's unprofessional .If someone was going to turn off auto renewal now they can't ; very cavalier with peoples access and money

I joined this website with a realistic attitude. But my experience of it has made me not renew my subscription. I got very few replies to messages (which of course is to be expected sadly) but what was most frustrating was that I got likes then their profiles were ‘removed’ apparently by the moderators. It made you think how many of these profiles are scams. I once sent a message to someone and got a reply consisting of a email address who it transpired was from a completely different person in another country! 😳 They get good ratings from dating rating sites - can’t see why!

The experience seems to to promise a lot more that its able to deliver. Looking at other sites seeing the same people with a different location was it for me. They also make getting your money back very problematical, its a scam really avoid. I decide to run my term as I did not want to go through the hassle other people have mentioned my contract ends in March 26 and I will be glad to get rid of it! Very little interaction between so called likes you might as well pee in the wind. I truly doubt if there is really anyone there to answer most times.

It’s a scam Ourtime gives an impression that you have received multiple likes to lure you to subscribe and then you make a payment so that you can see who likes you, which gives you access to respond to a non reply boggy like

It is virtually impossible to cancel the auto subscription and they put every possible obstacle in your way to stop you doing it!

I joined in the hope of finding someone to help kickstart my life after my wonderful wife died from Alzheimers. The first two so-called contacts were so obviously scams that I decided to play along and con THEM rather than them conning me! My profile states that I am seeking women 58 to 75. The first response was a perfect thirty years old beauty (yeh, right, she is ineterested in a 77 yr old) I played along and then got bored. What I do not understand is the fact that here in Trust pilot there are 1966 reviews (most negative) which suggests that there are in fact many genuine people on the site, so why is the experience so bad? It can only be that the site doesn't actually perform as it should. I have responded to several local ladies without a single reply. These women appear to be genuine, so what's going on? Such a shame as if Ourtime only performed all of us genuine subscribers might potentially all meet each other????

Complete waste of time and money.
Payments on Google do no get credited to your account.

Customer service is a complete non entity and useless.

Fake AI PROFILES are everywhere.

Disgusting. I only wanted to join for a few weeks. 2 months later they are still taking £19.99 per week despite my having cancelled my subscription several times and removed my card details. I have now had to contact my bank and cancel my card. My account is now being monitored to stop them taking any further payments. Nobody contacted me back from our time. Absolutely disgusting bunch of crooks. DO NOT SIGN UP!

Complete waste of time and money nothing works 😩 you get no replies from your sent messages ☹️ you put in your maximum distance you want to travel but they take no notice and send you contacts hundreds of miles away and even from across the English Channel 😩 also very difficult to cancel your subscription overall a complete disaster

Absolutely awful. A total rip off. Pay extra for this, pay extra for that. Customer service is non existent. One of the worst things I've ever had the displeasure of joining. Total waste of money
