Absolutely excellent service. I wasn't happy with one of the products and I got in touch.
These days you get ready for a hard time with customer services, they may say they have a 'no quibble guarantee' but you never know until you contact them.
But I can't fault them.
I got through straight away, the lovely lady I spoke to sounded genuinely sorry and happy to help.
A collection was organised and the product returned.
It certainly gives me confidence to order from them again.

Wow! They were quicker than Amazon! I ordered some breakfast bits, marmalade, honey, cereals. Order placed Friday, quite late in the day, and they arrived Saturday by 11am! I have some other bits that Eden don't sell on order from Amazon (Nescafe Coffee sachets) which are still to arrive (but hopefully will later today).

Another 5 Star performance. Not my first order, and certainly won't be my last
