Always a great service! Though dissppointed discontinuing the miniature Earth ramge on the 50 box supplies. Overall still a great company to deal with.

The entire transaction was absolutely superb from start to finish - totally professional in every way and backed up by an excellent delivery service (DPD) who were equally professional with their communication and delivery exactly on time so will not hesitate to use again - thank you.

Cute toilet roll labels, price including VAT£1.92. Only ordered 2 to test (£3.84). Postage £10!! I assume this company deals more with gross orders, but postage at over 3 times the cost of the items, very light envelope and sent second class .. really??

I have just re-registered with Out of Eden and placed my order by telephone. The process was very easy and the Customer Service Department was excellent. They were very clear and I did not feel rushed or at all under pressure, which is what I like when I have to give out my card details. I last placed an order with them eight years ago and am still using the same bedding after all this time - a testament to the quality of their products!
