We were referred to a pen manufacture as one of the distributer of their products, their website is nice and products sophisticated. Their communication however has not been steady; they have lost in touch, contact person changed and he didn't keep our materials ordered. By the time another vendor has shipped the product they haven't confirmed the design yet. The international shipping cost from them was extremely high too. A positive surprise was that they produced extra pens and gave us free (but shipped without notifying us :)). Overall, the product quality is guaranteed from the manufacturers but I wouldn't rely on them, especially if there is a tight deadline.

We ordered branded polo shirts for our company. Outstanding branding gave us options of styles and colours to choose from. Once we had made our decision the order was placed, however we had a little trouble with our logo file format. Being unsure on what we needed, the team at Outstanding Branding were able to walk us through the best suitable formats. With all of this in place it took no time at all for our polo shirts to arrive. The t-shirts themselves are of great quality that wash and iron well.
We would recommend outstanding branding without reservation to anyone interested in branded goods.

Great service - items received ahead of schedule with very little lead time. Account manager was very helpful. I haven't chosen five stars as our package was sent to the wrong location (it went in error to our London office instead of Guernsey) but it was still received in time.

Bought 100 passport cases- very high standard and look better than what I ever imagined. They arrived earlier than expected even though the lead time was very rushed from my behalf and not within their usual lead time. Very quick to respond with any questions or queries and genially very good service.

Very very happy with your overall first customer service to the end result!
Definitely use again if needed!
