They rang me twice as i missed the first time. The agent I spoke to was brilliant in sorting my needs out. Had issues with these previously but not his time. Can't remember the lads name but if all company's had staff like this it would be way easier to get what you need.

The staff member was very helpful and polite. Delighted with the price.

I called Outsurance for a quote recently. I didn't end up going with them (no fault of theirs, their pricing was pretty standard). The person I dealt with was very helpful. I had a lovely experience with them and they gave me great advice over the phone etc. Even followed up with me a while later. Great experience overall!

Quick and easy to decide on moving to Out.

The man I dealt with was easy to chat to, he wasn’t Irish & his English was ok but I understood him, he was very helpful & jolly type of man & had plenty knowledge about the policy I wanted & of course the price was right & cheapest out there,think his name may have been Mark or something similar,

What made my experience so good was the helpful nature of Brian from customer care. He done everything he could possibly do to help me with my insurance upgrade and made it so easy for me. I think the one thing that makes all the difference is the human interaction. Thank Outsurance:⁠-⁠)

I’m driving 30 years and insurance companies don’t care a jot,all they do is increase the cost of your policy every year,if you don’t have an incident or don’t make a claim over the years,you should be rewarded,out insurance are treating people right and then they reward you with a reasonable priced policy and give you cash back after 3 years.

The agent contacted me while I was still completing the form online and went through everything on the call. I saved over €160 on my annual fully comprehensive cover. The agent was very helpful.

If I could give a zero I would.

In 2025 and 2026 I filled out the online form (10 mins) and got a call back asking all the questions again (20 mins). In both years the quotes I received were almost double the quotes of other companies following an online form completion and an email response.

Total waste of time, robbers.

The first time I put up the review, Outsurance put up a reply telling me how sorry they were. The review was obviously AI generated as were all the responses to other reviews.

I received a 2nd reply from Outsurance, exactly the same as the first. Again AI generated

The caller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He returned my call at exactly the scheduled time. He went through all the necessary documentation and gave an extremely competitive quote. I was very impressed.

The person I spoke to was clear and helpful.
The amount to pay was not exorbitant

Really good customer service & great value for money

I dealt with Ayna... Not sure I spelt that correctly. He was just so lovely and helpful... I actually got a cheaper quote (by not much) but he was so lovely I decided to go with outsurance

The agent I spoke to was great. He rang me back when he said he would and was extremely helpful. The quote was also very good, which was obviously why I was in contact.
