Great first impression
The support staff were friendly and super helpful with answering questions over email and on the phone. I was also really chuffed to see whoever packed my order threw in some mini packets of Haribo, that was really nice so thanks for that! Great build and fast delivery but
Great build and fast delivery, however I was not informed that the mother board I initially got was out of stock for at leat 5 weeks and I found out after calling the customer line myself on week 2. I was then offered the choice to swap it for a board thay was in stock and from then I received my PC within a week.

Our Current build lead time is between 1–2 weeks.
The order was placed on the 15th June and included the out-of-stock motherboard. Considering our lead time for system builds, we would have contacted you regarding the motherboard. However, we typically allow a period of 7 working days before reaching out about any out-of-stock items in system builds, as stock is updated daily at our warehouse. Therefore, there is always a possibility that the stock arrives before the expected date. Nevertheless, you had already contacted us 5 working days after the order was placed.
The system build was amended on the 22nd June, with the system fully completed and dispatched on the 26th. This was, of course, within our lead times for custom-built systems.
We hope the system is being enjoyed

Brilliant service after a complaint
I had a complain about my GPU not working,I rang up and got to the complaints team and they helped me step by step try and fix it at home, due to all these steps not working they helped me return the item and once the delivery company picked it up and they confirmed it they sent another pc out next day
