I had a complain about my GPU not working,I rang up and got to the complaints team and they helped me step by step try and fix it at home, due to all these steps not working they helped me return the item and once the delivery company picked it up and they confirmed it they sent another pc out next day

Prompt & well packaged
I ordered an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition processor & a ThermalRight Peerless Assassin 120 SE V3 CPU Cooler on 25/06/26. They arrived the following day as promised. Packaging was first class, far better than a couple of other suppliers I could name. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, the "Tech Bros" semiconductor apocalypse not withstanding.

I am very much an impulse buyer so…
I am very much an impulse buyer so knowing I need to replace my pc I began the search finding the selection of cases and cost to be more than suitable. The website was very easy to navigate and my purchase ended up including a nice RGB CPU cooler. Mainly cause it would cleanup my build.
The standard delivery was the best option for me it arrived the next day, super fast.
Now comes the hard bit.

I placed an order, and the delivery was initially scheduled for the following day. However, due to a high volume of orders, it was delayed. I contacted customer support, and they were exceptionally helpful; they prioritized my order and even upgraded my delivery to ensure I would receive it the next day. It was a very positive experience.
