Had a problem with my meter today and…

Had a problem with my meter today and lost electricity to my home. Chatted to Max on ovo chat app amazing customer service straight on keeping me upto date even with a few problems i had reconnecting. Talked me through the whole process and was done and reconnected in no time so easy. Thought it would be a much bigger problem and it wasn’t. Honestly 5 stars! Cant thank them enough for the help. Amazing

Brilliant customer service

Tabia went above and beyond to help me with my in home display. Tabia has been handling my SEG application and has let me know every step of the way with a phone call during each step. Tabia is a true credit to OVO and I am extremely happy with the service I have received throughout.
