I ordered this for my mother. I knew nothing about it. The representative was so thorough and easy to understand and when they didn't even have what I needed a bigger case for it they referred me to somebody who does. People just don't do that anymore. But he made sure my mother didn't struggle trying to get the bigger unit in and out of the smaller case even if that meant giving business to someone else.
