Great Service & Support!
My wife of 34 years, came out of the hospital after a 12 day stay. Her oxygen requirements coming home, we’re more than the 5L oxygen generator we had there. We were sent a 10L rental, which was provided by Apria Air. The rental machine was excessively loud, and had over 11,000 hours on it. I called the Oxygen Store and had the privilege of talking with Nick. He told me that the machine we had, was over three years old and recommended a new unit by Drive. The new unit showed up two days later, unfortunately, was noisy, and the yellow light continued to go to red. I called Nick, who thought that the unit could possibly have been damaged in transit, which is certainly possible. I told him I preferred a different unit, and he recommended another, about $400 more, made by New Life. The replacement machine arrived two days later, and was everything I hoped for. It worked right out of the box, and is the quietest machine that we have had. Shipping instructions (to return the original unit) were provided at no cost. Nick continued to follow up with me afterwards, just to make sure everything was working and I was happy. Nick could not have be more professional and caring. I’ve been around the block a few times, have seen the good and the bad, but my experience with Nick and Oxygen Store was as good as it gets. I would give him 10 Stars if I could!

Had a very helpful conversation with an employee named Thatcher and ended up ordering a Caire concentrator as he confirmed all the information I had gathered from other internet sites on that particular unit (Eclipse 5).

Awesome Experience
Luke was such a big help to me. He helped me pick the right machine for my needs, gave me a discount, it shipped quickly and got my Oxygen machine the same week I ordered it. Will definitely use this store again if I need anything else!

Needed new O2 Concentrator
Had my previous O2 Concentrator, fail after 8 years of us.
Contacted American Medical, and worked with Cami Lummus.
She was just exceptional in getting me a new one.
We found it, quite loud in its operation. Cami arranged a different machine, which is working out very well.
I could not be happier with the Support and professionalism Cami and the staff at AMS provided.
Exceptional in all respects.

Received my OxyHome 5L Stationary…
Received my OxyHome 5L Stationary Concentrator on June 22, 2026 and couldn’t be happier. The service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery service was excellent and it was shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box. It’s quietest air condenser I’ve ever heard. I’ve woken up the last couple of nights to check and see if I even turned it on.
