Help is there when it is need!
I needed help with getting a backup oxygen concentrator plus sending our current home oxygen concentrator in for repairs. (We have a mobile unit to keep the oxygen flowing, it just isn’t designed for long term, constant use like the home model.) Since the home unit was under warranty, I was only charged for the shipping label that was sent to me via email. Thanks to Luke’s calm quick response (shipping the back up model overnight), I was able to remain calm knowing Luke would be good as his word. The next day around 10:30am (central time) the new home oxygen concentrator arrived.

Drew, my sales consultant, was very pleasant and professional. My machine arrived when Drew said it would. Unfortunately, my concentrator did not charge as it was supposed to. Veronica helped troubleshoot the issue. She determined that there was a problem with the concentrator and arranged to have a new one sent out promptly. I received it on time, and it works perfectly. I’m very pleased with my entire experience.

Replacing of car Inogen cable.
Once we knew we needed a car cable for our Inogen concentrator, got in touch with the store and right away got as usual the best customer service ever. We got the cable the next day!!!!!
