I've had trouble with the machine since I got it I had to diagnose issues and the still beeps at me I was told to take the battery out followed up with an email saying I don't want a machine that I have to take the battery out in order for me to use the machine without constant beeping just something wrong with the machine and nobody wants to do anything about it me to use the machine without constant beeping just something wrong with the machine and nobody wants to do anything about it

The filters that I ordered fit the concentrator that my Mom has and was easy to replace. The filters were shipped and arrived within a week. I will be ordering more in the future. Thanks

I bought EWOT masks knowing that I would have to modify them. I use a 1000l O2 reservoir w/exercise in my clinic and was looking for a comfortable mask to plug in non-rebreathing valves. Most EWOT masks are reminiscent of WWI surplus gas masks with a hose attached. Very uncomfortable. The OxygenPlus masks were adaptable and are way more comfortable. They always ship well and are recommended

I have two oxycons from this company, both under warranty. They have both broken on and off repeatedly during the 8 months I’ve had them, including less than 6 months from purchase. I have repeatedly asked for support from the owner, Justin, who is unresponsive via email or phone, and when he does respond often sends random or unhelpful feedback seemingly without reading the email at all. I will absolutely never purchase another concentrator from this company and would strongly advise against it unless you are extremely skilled in repairing the machines yourself.

The price was good. The unit is great. They have performed some repairs on sooner of my other units. I like this company. The only thing I would suggest is offering free shipping on one end or the other.
