The price was good. The unit is great. They have performed some repairs on sooner of my other units. I like this company. The only thing I would suggest is offering free shipping on one end or the other.

Very good delivery and machine work great

The used O2 regenerator was advertised as "scratched and dented". I figured that just a few scratches wouldn't be a serious reason not to buy such an expensive yet vital piece of equipment. Instead, what I received from O2 Plus Medical was not a scratched or dented item, but a broken body machine that vibrates terribly when in operation. Just days later, I returned the broken item via FedEx. The cost was $217.03. Upon receiving a refund, O2 Plus Medical retained $303.25 from the refund, claiming "restocking charges". I ended up with nothing, while my out-of-pocket is $595.28, since I also paid $75 for the initial shipping. This was misleading, false advertising, and an elaborate scam, and I will sue this company in court.

It was easy and convenient

I’m giving two stars because it took almost 3 weeks for me to get my product. Then one of the filters ( most important one ) wasn’t the same as the one in my machine, it is smaller about 3/4 of the size. I did call and the guy said I could still use it.

I gave them a call and I had the part needed to fix my machine in less than a week.

Answered my questions concisely & sent the correct items quickly.
