"Misleading Ads, Zero Accountability – Avoid Ozanda!"
Ozanda is a dishonest and unprofessional company. I ordered a teardrop flag that was clearly advertised as including a pole set, a bag, and other accessories. What did they send me? Just the flag—nothing else. When I called them out on it, they blatantly lied and claimed I had only ordered the flag, despite their own product description proving otherwise.
And here’s the real kicker—they quietly changed the description on their website after I complained. That’s basically an admission that they knowingly misled customers just to make a sale. Did they offer any apology or compensation? Nope. Zero accountability.
If you want to deal with a company that deceives customers and refuses to own up to their mistakes, go ahead and order from Ozanda. Otherwise, stay far away.

A Comedy of Errors
I made my order of 2 x floating shelves on Xmas Eve so I gave them the benefit of the doubt being holidays. I did not get a order confirmation so called when they opened up again. They answered the phone very unprofessionally, just "hello" and I had to confirm I was talking to Ozanda. After the call they sent my order confirmation very quickly
A week went by and I did not get any delivery update, once again still in the holiday period. Again, they answered with just "hello". I again confirmed I was talking to Ozanda and asked about delivery. Their warehouse is still on holidays, okay but i'm starting to think this might be a scam. But then they did follow up my call with an email
The following week I get my "track order" from the courier it has left VIC.....and then it never leaves VIC, It's been left in a safe place.... IN VIC. That's a bit of running around, trying to use the couriers online only communication and reach out to Ozanda for them to follow up. FINALLY - Today it has made its way to QLD.
I have not put it together yet so I can not comment on the item or it's quality. I'll update once I've put it up. The company did keep good communication with me, however it was promoted by me in most cases and seemed genuine in wanting to solve the courier issue, offering to resend a new item if it hadn't arrived this week.
Ordered 2 Custom Flags Very Disappointed!
Ordered 2 Custom Flags, they supplied the wrong design and refused to acknowledge it. When pushed they advised we could return them but would cost us 20% if they were in any way incorrectly packed, marked etc, and if they didn't agree with the fact, they sent the wrong items(which they maintained, despite photographic evidence) they would charge an additional deduction. Their customer service is rude and condescending, if you call, the same person answers who sounds like the just woke up and doesn't know anything. I asked for the number of her head office or manager, and she didn't know?! The number of her own employer!! A waste of almost $500 , but I won't return them as I don't believe I will get a refund and then won't even have a product. The ones supplied are usable, but not what we wanted.

I recently purchased one of their pvc pools and wasn’t I taken for a fool? In the picture on their product it shows a deep pool with adults looking small in the pool when in reality the height is knee height and really just a big wadding pool for very small children. It was definitely disappointing considering I told my teen kids they would be able to stand in it at least.

Disappointed with the communication, an item arrived with damage and no-one is responding to my emails. Product seems OK but not exactly like the image on the website so it's a little misleading. Overall the communication is the biggest let down.

Paid for item on 14 November
The delivery was poor, a tad slow to process order and extremely poor delivery service by Aramex. Unfortunately for buyers they are absolutely terrible. I can only imagine what’s it’s going to be like as it gets closer to Xmas. Unsure what there problem is but the company needs an urgent review.
The item I paid looks solid and reasonably made although it’s from China. The proof will come tomorrow when I use it, I’m sure it will work and handle the tasks I purchased it for.

The advertising and ordering is done well. Unless I missed it there was no notification that the item had been shipped until I contacted you. I am still waiting for delivery which is normal for Aramex. They are always late and usually unreasonably late. May I suggest you use a different Courier. I find Australia Post the best for reliability and communication with the customer.

Poor communication from the company
I ordered a auxiliary fuel tank for a motorcycle
I rang three days after payment to see where things were after sending numerous emails and hearing nothing
I found the company difficult to deal with even though my product turned up within a week. Communication was extremely poor.

Terrible. They shipped my order weeks after I made online order. Before it was shipped I requested to have my order cancelled and refunded but they shipped it anyway. I retuned the item back but I had to pay for return postage

Lack of communication and customer support
On 23 September, 2024 I ordered a Window Seal Moulding Trim Weatherstrip from Ozanda.com.au paying $79.99 by credit card. At the time I received an email confirming the purchase. On 4 October I sent an email to Ozanda requesting an update as to delivery. I received no response. I then called Ozanda but the telephone went answered. On 18 October, I attended the address of Ozanda at Factory 1, 8 Ailsa Street, Box Hill South. There was no sign of activity and on ringing the doorbell there was no response. On checking the factory next door I was advised that a male, driving a red toyota, generally attended Factory 1, within a short time, if any car was parked in Ozanda’s driveway. This indicates that the factory is under surveillance. Within minutes this male did attend Factory 1 and requested I move my car. I responded that I was inquiring about my undelivered purchase. The male checked the order and claimed that attempts had been made by a third party provider to deliver my package but were unable to do so. I have 24/7 recorded security surveillance and there is no evidence of any attempts at delivery. All my address and contact details were confirmed as correct on Ozanda’s documentation. I was further advised that on 4 October the package was returned to the third party sender. I requested an immediate refund and waited until the refund appeared in my credit account. The issue is a lack of communication. At no time, over a period of 3.5 weeks, was I advised by Ozanda that my package was ‘unable’ to be delivered. Without attending the factory I have little doubt that I would not have been updated as to the status of my order. The male’s ‘excuse’ was that Ozanda contract with numerous third party suppliers and receive numerous enquiry emails that they are cannot respond to. He also advised that Ozanda’s phone is often unmanned and that numerous attempts should be made to call then. He also made the unhelpful comment that in any event my purchase was only a ‘minor one’. This all is totally unsatisfactory and indicated to me poor business practice and a lack of timely customer support.
