Professional quality service in traditional manner
Exceeded my expectations. This shipper made special efforts to meet my Christmas schedule, collected my delicate shipment from an east coast location, followed my specific packaging instructions, provided customized crate/packaging and safely delivered from the UK to Canada at very reasonable costs, all in less than a week’s time.

Large Original Art Internationally Shipped with Zero Issues
We recently ordered a large piece of artwork from Cambridge, UK to be delivered to Austin, Texas. When my mom had an item from Italy stuck in customs, due to all the recent tariff changes in the US, I reached out to Pack & Send to discuss delaying the shipment.
The company responded promptly and with incredible courtesy and detail about the shipping process, and reassured me they would provide all the proper documentation for our customs process.
They were correct, and there were no issues at all. The item shipped on Friday and was on our doorstep the following Monday. The artwork was packaged incredibly well and there were no issues after unwrapping it.
I am very grateful for the excellent customer service, followup and quality and care of the shipping materials and packing. Highly recommend!!

I requested pack & send to crate and ship out an electric scooter to a friend in Canada.
Gave them all of the details. They quoted me a cost of approx £1500 which they admitted was expensive but sold it to me on the basis of you get what you pay for. It was due to be shipped within 7 days. They collected the vehicle and took it to be crated which took several weeks. They had asked me to remove the battery which I did but never one raised any concerns of their being a battery. After multiple chasers the product was eventually shipped. It then took a further 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there was no battery. When I chased to find out what had happened I then found that the battery was still at Heathrow because it wasn't packed correctly. They then told me I would have to pay a further £192 to pack the battery & a further £900 to ship it! I subsequently found another company who could pack & ship the battery for £300. I sent 6 emails & 2 voice messages for which I had no reply to get the battery back. I called again and finally got a response. To be told they didnt get the voice messages or the emails and that they would do their best to get the battery back to me.
Service was a total nonsense!

Pack & Send service centres operate as independent franchises. However, the documented lapse in professional logistics and communication standards you experienced requires immediate intervention.
We strongly urge you to formally submit the entire complaint to the Pack & Send UK store.
1.Your full contact and shipment details and the name of your friend in Canada.
2.The original quote of £1500 and the subsequent £1092 quote for the battery.
3.A clear timeline of the initial shipment delays and the subsequent four-month delay for the battery.
4.All copies of the correspondence you sent to the Cambridge centre that went unanswered.
Your complaint highlights critical operational failures in high-value logistics, and we will ensure this matter is investigated with the utmost urgency to rectify the situation.

I needed to mail a box of excess baggage (clothes, shoes etc.) to the US after 4 month stay in the UK. It seemed fairly simple, and I considered sending it directly myself, but ended up using Pack and Send. I am SO glad that I made that choice. The box got flagged (falsely) by the carrier as having suspicious content and it took over a month to clear customs. None of this delay related to the work of Pack and Send. Despite the fact that none of this delay was their fault, Melanie at Pack and Send stayed in contact with the shipper regularly to determine its status and next steps. She also helped calmed my nerves by knowing the ins and outs of the shipping industry. They were awesome. They "know their stuff", were persistent, and were excellent communicators in a challenging situation. I HIGHLY recommend Cambridge Pack and Send.

In December 2024 I purchased a fairly large and fragile antique item at a UK auction that needed to be shipped internationally. I contacted the team at Pack and Send Cambridge and was immediately pleased with their rapid response. Simon and Melanie promptly evaluated the item quickly followed up to discuss their recommended plan for packaging and shipping. I was positively stunned by their professional level of appreciation, understanding and personal care for the item, truly treating it like it was their own. Their recommendation of a customized shipping crate carefully nestled the item in foam, rather than a typical and lesser protective method such as bubble wrapping and double boxing. The pricing was extremely fair and they promptly shipped the item and provided detailed tracking and follow up information and emails.
They are exceptional, dedicated, and caring professionals providing exceptional service and follow up.
I unequivocally recommend them for ALL shipping needs and will exclusively use them in the future.

I had a tandem and bikes shipped
I had a tandem, a couple of bikes and some various bits shipped from the UK to Australia. They took great care of them and when I saw the crate arrive I could see where the money went.
