I contacted Pack & Send Reading to collect, pack and ship some very fragile auction lots. From first email Leilah was incredibly helpful and professional. A quote was received quickly (same day), the items were collected the next day from the auction house, wrapped very well indeed and packaged in a double wall box. They shipped via Fedex (which was very good) all items arrived next day beautifully and safely packed. The service was exceptional, emails every step of the way, always very kind and polite. As regards price, given they had to collect, wrap, pack and ship, the cost was very good. This is the first time using a service like this and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Reading Pack and Send, you really are in safe hands :-)

The service from this company was excellent. They responded to my request extremely quickly, they collected my package exactly on time, and they arranged delivery of my item safely and promptly. In my view they offer very great value and the customer service especially from Kholbie was exceptional. She went beyond the call of duty to help me out and kept in contact at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would give them 10 stars if that were possible.

Great communication. Very well packaged and use DHL who are the best by far. Expensive, as all shipping is, but you do get the best.

Helpful and efficient service
Pack and Send have very helpful, friendly staff who are willing to answer any queries. Their instructions were always clear and their service prompt and efficient. They dealt with all the paperwork for customs and I was amazed at how quickly my parcel reached its destination.

Pack &Send collected a trombone from…International trombone shipping
Pack &Send collected a trombone from our house together with hard and soft cases and other equipment. They were punctual, efficient and helpful. All we had to do was hand over the items. They packed all items and despatched them to an address in Thailand, arriving in the time they estimated . All safe and sound.

Amazing company
The experience of contacting Pack & Send, getting a quote, the speed of the delivery & the quality of the packing is 5 star standard. I'm really impressed with how seamless it all went.
I organised collection of vintage wine from an auction which were fragile and there were no concerns. Will be using them again.

I had such a great experience with Pack & Send! The staff were super helpful and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone needing international shipping services. They kept me updated throughout the shipping process. My items made it to Budapest, Hungary safely and without any issues. They picked up my stuff, got it to Reading, repackaged it, and sent it off without a hitch. They even sent me all the paperwork promptly via email and were always quick to respond to my questions. I'd use their services again. Big thanks to Kelly and the entire team!

Antique Welsh Dresser with Dishes
We had a precious antique Welsh Dresser and associated fragile dishes shipped to us from an antique dealer in Wales. The Dresser and Dishes will be part of a museum-like display at The Cathedral of Learning, University of Pittsburgh, in the Welsh Nationality Room. The delivery and service we received was very well done, ahead of schedule and done with careful grace protecting our precious shipment. We are eternally grateful for the wonderful service we received and would recommend this service for anyone doing international shipping.
