Damaged and discarded over £900 worth of merchanise
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Pack & Send.
I paid over £130 to have six boxes collected and returned to a retailer for a refund. The contents were worth more than £900, and I chose Pack & Send because I believed I was using a reputable company that would handle my items safely and professionally. I also paid for additional warranty for peace of mind.
The six boxes were collected on 22 May. However, only two boxes were successfully delivered on 26 May. Four of the six boxes were damaged in transit, and I was subsequently informed that the contents had been discarded.
It is now 4 June and, despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, I have still not been compensated for either the damaged goods or the failed service. The fact that I paid for warranty makes this even more frustrating, as I expected a prompt and fair resolution when something went wrong.
As things stand, I am out of pocket for the £130 shipping cost as well as over £900 worth of merchandise. I trusted Pack & Send with valuable items and paid extra for protection, yet I have been left without my goods, without my refund from the retailer, and without any meaningful resolution.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

Pack and send expensively, with a one week delay
All I wanted was help to pack and send the parcel in a decent timescale, what I got was a charge for just under £100 and a one-week delay. If I had taken the care to find a suitable cardboard box then take it to the Post Office, I would have paid £15 and the parcel would have been delivered days ago.

Confidence in high value delivery services
From arrival at pack and send it was a professional and personal experience.
My item needed packing, protection and insurance. This was all dealt with one on one with marta...a fair price was quoted with insurance and job was carried out as planned.
No issues at all...my item was due to be returned and was advised that the packaging would be perfect for the recipient to repack and return.
Very professional and reasonable price for next day with insurance.
Would definitely not hesitate in using their services again..
