Very professional service from start to finish and must admit the best wrapped picture I’ve had from any courier to date. The packing was so compact it was like it had been shrink wrapped/completely sealed. From payment to parcel in my hands was 4 days
I’ve used MBE and the shortest turnaround was 7 days with one taking just short of 4wks so it goes to prove that a franchise linked to auction houses, isn’t always the best option

Send a grandfather clock to New Zealand? Sure, no problem!
'Please can you help me send a 123-year-old grandfather clock to New Zealand.'
This was my question to Rob at Pack & Send Leeds North and his reply?
'Yes, no problem.'
And it was. Honestly, the service was impeccable. There were obstacles, of course, one being the strict New Zealand biosecurity standards which, because the clock case was wood, had to be adhered to. But nothing was seen as too much of a problem, Rob just dealt with each issue as it came up. What made this possible and stress-free was the fact that Rob responded to my emails immediately so I always knew what was happening, and then he just got on with the job.
Pack & Send built a custom crate for the clock and packed it securely so that the clock arrived undamaged.
Honestly, I was blown away by their service. I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you.

Parcel arrived 10 days late and missed the exhibition.
I had received a quote from Amersham Pack and Send to send a sculpture parcel to Lithuania. It was 240£ with insurance value 500£. I was told it would get to the destination on the 4th/5th May 2026 if shipped on 30th April 2026. All paid and done. I get to Siauliai, Lithuania, when I realise the parcel is delayed. All documentation was done by the couriers. The gallery gets a email requesting for taxes to be paid for a parcel that is not for sale and is for display until the 22nd of May and shipped back. They get a request for a code which none of us are aware of nor have been advised on. The opening of the show was on 7th May evening and the parcel eventually was released on the 14th of May. I am told by couriers that they have paid taxes to get it released and no longer liable for anything. I feel this is a big letdown as the sculpture could not be displayed for the show.

Ahmed was incredibly friendly, professional and clearly took great care with my valuable recorder. He did a fantastic job packaging it securely, and I was honestly surprised at how little they charged me, just £15 for the packing service. I really appreciated the helpful attitude and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended if you need something valuable packed properly and affordably. I also got a really good packing tip for cutting down big boxes and slotting each section into the other.
