About Pact Coffee

We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Good first experience
For my first time I tried a selection box. My only complaint is the price - £25 for 400g of coffee is rather expensive, even for speciality coffee. I assumed they'd be 250g each, didn't double check 😆
Freshly roasted coffee, roasting date and expiry date on the package. Tells you exactly where it's from, and the flavour profile.
I loved all four of them. They make me a great moka pot espresso everyday- or two or three 😄
I love experimenting with coffee, tasting new roasts and new flavours and Pact coffee manages to make my day!
Delivery was on time. Don't have a subscription so can't comment on that.

Sent the wrong Coffee and wont refund or replace
Put in a recurring monthly order and without my knowledge they put me on a plan that rotates coffee each month and i was getting sent the wrong coffee. that wasn't clear. I didn't check my "next delivery" email in detail as I assumed i was getting a repeat order of what i chose and now I am stuck with seme Tuti Fruity coffee I don't like and they wont re-send what i originally ordered or refund me. Poor customer service. They didn't care at all so I'll spend my money elsewhere

We do make it clear on our website that our subscriptions operate on a rotational basis, which means customers won’t always receive the same coffee. This allows us to offer a varied and seasonal menu, as we’re not always able to source the same coffees year-round for a number of reasons. Many of our customers value the opportunity to try different coffees as part of their subscription.
We aim to make it as easy as possible for customers to manage their preferences. You can change your upcoming coffee at any time through your account, and we also send a notification email 48 hours before dispatch confirming the coffee scheduled to be sent, giving plenty of time to make adjustments if needed. On this occasion, these options weren’t used, which unfortunately meant the order proceeded as scheduled.
I’ve also reviewed your correspondence with our team and I’m sorry that you felt we didn’t care. That is certainly not our intention, and we do strive to provide helpful and attentive support to all of our customers.
We’re sorry that Pact Coffee hasn’t been the right fit for you on this occasion, and we do hope the coffee doesn’t go to waste and can still be enjoyed.

It keeps bounce back but you taken money out
"Well, it seems my coffee journey has taken a detour! I tried to reach out about canceling my order, but my emails must have taken a wrong turn because they keep bouncing back like a rubber ball! Honestly, I haven’t even had time to sip the first cup, so why on earth would I want to dive into another one? I love coffee, but my schedule is more packed than a barista on a Monday morning! So, if you could sprinkle some magic and refund my money, that’d be fantastic. Who knew a bad review would be the secret key to getting a response? Here’s to hoping my future coffee adventures are a little less bumpy—and a lot more caffeinated!"

Nice coffee with a large side order of spam
Very nice coffee that is delivered quickly and fresh with beans having a lovely aroma and brew well.
Only downside is the bombardment of emails trying to get you to buy more from them.

Prompt shipment. Good deal with the free cafetière.
HIgh quality coffee but I did not take out subscription as I roast my own and prefer to buy green beans. But for people who don't this would be a good source

Decided to close my account after they offered new customers better discounts than loyal customers, so went on the bot chat was given an email address to message, and surprisingly this email rejected my email. So I will delete all details and cancel subscriptions instead. Either way I will not pass them another penny

Well packaged, beautiful coffee. I had the La Alemania decaf coffee beans. Quite easy to dial in and very good quality. Not too heavy. Made as a flat white or latte. Very nice.
