I wish u could give no stars.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! what a con I won £56 withdrawn it last night for my account to be closed for business reasons.. I will be taking this further I have all the screen shots to prove I won and withdrawn the manager was rude an wouldn't explain why this happened..

Nothing but horrible con merchants. Withold your money and refuse to payout. IBAS and gambling commission now involved.

In support of my partner, Paddy Power has proved to be a con. Played Sahara Riches, won the cash collect on the diamond but internet glitched, returned to game and bonus had disappeared. Cut a long story short, customer services credited bank with £20 but when disputed as the spin didn't complete, the customer service rep took the £20 from his bank account! How is he allowed to do that? Considering the poor reviews on this site, I have noticed this company has no intention of answering these reviews at all. Stay away.

Reactivated my account after a few year away from paddy Power. What a con. Playing slots and I watched it stop on free spins then after a few seconds then move again taking away my free spins. 100 percent know what I saw, total waste of my stake money. Stay away from this site, I've never seen anything as blatent in my life

Once, quite a long time ago, Betfair was a decent place to have a wager. ... then along came Paddy Power we all know Paddy, 'The punters Friend'!

As far as the casino goes I cannot comment on the machine games. I play blackjack .. quite a lot of it, and have done for many decades. (I was a professional dealer in the 1970s/80s) There are 3 or 4 online casinos that I would recommend for 'live' play ... Betfair or Paddy Power are definitely not on that list.
Blackjack could be described as a 'streaky' game ... and any outcome can be expected on any hand / session / or series of sessions. Playing basic strategy though should even things out in the long run.
I have played quite a few (minimum stakes) sessions on B/F and P/P and then gone to a different online casino, who use the same B/J tables and the difference is telling! There is something ' not right' with Betfair B/J !
.... On occasion I have been disconnected mid game .. never happens elsewhere!
Add to that the fact that my Betfair 'withdrawal facility' was ' not available' to me for weeks on end, although deposits were just fine .. and having to argue with them to close my a/c.
I'd advise anyone to steer clear of the 'Punters Friend' ... there are decent companies out there.

my account got suspended for no reason than took 5 days to unlock very rude customer service even got accussed of not nowing my d.o.b total scam company trying to blame there customers for there errors would have given zero stars but not a option

My Wife signed up based on a promotion they were running at the time, long story short she won £40 from that promotion and then used that on another game where she hit the £750 jackpot.. upon trying to withdraw (despite meeting all the eligible criteria) she was emailed saying that her account was posting suspicious activity and they were closing it down and processing a refund for her initial deposit... the woman on the live chat was extremely rude and quite frankly sounded like she didn't care one bit.. not surprised to be honest, I think I'd be bitter if i was stuck in a dead end job with no ambition.
PP should be ashamed of themselves, a horrible company with zero ethics.. just do yourself a favour and go to Virgin Bet or Sky Bet...in fact anyone but Paddy Power or Betfair.

The hype takes you in, free bingo in abundance but no win. Hard to join chat group unless you have a good chat name and very persistent its cleaky and same name winners. Paddy Power shop in Pound Tree road Southampton has a guy called Dave working there. He was pinged by the NHS APP 3 days ago. His manager has decided it is Ok for him to work and put all the customers at risk. I will not be going back.

I opened an account with Betfair.es yesterday to play poker.
My account was verified immediately. I made around a €500 deposit and played.

My account stands at €650 now. I woke up this morning to find an email saying that my account was closed. I have absolutely no idea why. I can't cashout.

I spoke to a customer service rep on live chat who didn't give me any answers except to say that my account was closed. I asked why and what about my money and she said that she was forwarding my query to the right department and to wait 72 hours for a response.

All these sites are robbers, They have full control when to payout or when not to. They survive of our loses. I only play now and then with small deposits.
ie £10 and that it for the week. I nearly lost my partner of over 30 years just for these robbing sites.

Very poor. As soon as I started winning they restricted my account. I was down quite a bit last year, then had a few good wins. Now restricted to very small bets. They only want losing punters, I understand the business model but how can this be allowed? The government needs to put a stop to this!
