Corrupt site. UKGC should definitely investigate,

Won £130 2days ago and it was in my account in less than an hour. Really good how it shows you how much up or down you are over the year. I use this site regularly along with a couple of others but this is definetly either my favourite or joint favourite. There are some awful sites out there but Paddy Power is not one of them in my opinion. I think bad reviews are probably due to not reading terms and conditions in offers or not winning which is always a risk. Deposit limits are so easy to set and any changes you request to your deposit limits do not take effect immediately which I think is very responsible. Maybe I'm just happy because I win a lot on Paddy Power but surely that's what is wanted from a site :)

I originally left a one star rating as a newbie to the online casino world, I wasn't happy.
I am a paddy pundit I answer surveys for paddy power in the hope of one day being gifted a voucher from a draw. Truth all the sites play a little unfairly and its mainly for entertainment purposes (so we are told) Here's what I like about paddy.
1 They have a large variety of slots varying from 10p a spin to 200 a spin.
2. You can deposit a minimum of 5.00 and they never push for more money.
3 they ask your opinions about things in order to make the site more exciting and to fullfill the wishes of players.
4 they are not intrusive
5 yes you have wins not all the time, sometimes you can go months sometimes weeks but check your deposits and your withdrawals
6. deposit and withdrawals are quick and easy wihtout a fuss.
Ive played around three grand ive won just under half that, but thats the nature of the beast. I like the games on paddy, i like the interaction, the lay out is good keeping recent played games at the top.
wins and bonuses do seem to have become harder to achieve with lower payouts but Ive noticed this on other sites too. Ive played rainbow riches virgin jackpot joy red 32 all play the same without low deposits, interaction or a large variety of game play.
So yes I choose paddy im sticking with paddy at least they are trying to improve their casino but one very important thing, customer service is shamefully shocking paddy, rude unhelpful left waiting for hours only to be cut off. Thats where you do need to step up.

Not giving the bonus they advertise (£10 get £40) they give you 10 and come up with excuses not to deliver..false advertising..AVOID

Awful,site looks terrible and runs terrible, is it any wonder their reviews are what they are?, not to mention they refuse to pay out on legit bets, whenever you do manage to win money by some miracle you best believe that your account will be limited within 24 hours so that you can no longer place bets more than 20p etc. Shambles company and customer service is beyond useless.

Closed my account with paddy power, (i didnt know betfair was paddy power) Then Betfair closed my account with £230 in the account. 10 days to wait for my money. 10 DAYS!!!!! and you CANNOT contact them without an account, all emails get blocked. I have contacted the authorities.

Playing on this site is the worst idea u can possibly have. they scam people.i recorded my play and noticed that game didn't pay me the right amount when I contacted support they told me that I shouldn't questioning fairness of the casino. you coming to them that you didn't get what you supposed to get and they tell u basically to get lost.Bad site .don't recommending.

usual Liars - never ever trust them. They don't keep they promises even on small offers. SILLY

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Absolutely day light robbery this site is. I have been subjected to continueus looses over the past 4 months. Not a single win off of any spin. Stay clear as even the customer service is as rubbish as the site itself.

twice in less that 3 weeks they have failed to settle bets and then reversed a winning bet ( i checked the result on racing post and it was a winning bet ] now the final straw waas tonight 19/07/20 when i tried to cash out and i was shutout for the last 15 minutes of a football i was winning 3___ 1 but as it goes the final score was 3___4 now who would have believed an away team would score 3 times in the last 10 minutes , now add this to their site keeps freezing , im back off to william hills or ladbrokes . the chat staff think its funny to take the P out of customers on line

My wife had an account and had smallbets of between £2 and £10 mainly on football. Then in a space of 2 or 3 weeks, she lost a total of over £40,000 due to having a nervous breakdown and was not aware of what she was doing. I contacted Paddy Power but only replies I got where links to Gambling addiction wensites.
My question is, how could they not notice someone lossing about £10 a week to someone gambling over £40,000 in a fortnight. Where was the warning be aware messages? NONE!!!!
I understand this was all down to my wifes illness, but a bit of sympothy and common sense would have gone a miss. In my opinion, they are money grabbing monsters who have now maybe have cost me to sell my home and our family being homeless.
No wonder the Director is one of the richest women in the U.K.
