UK Customers BEWARE!
Do not buy from this company if you are in the UK. The prices are tempting but the reality is they come with a huge Duties bill that follows a week later which puts their prices well beyond their competitors. Their response to me was clear that they are not a transparent and honest business, luring you in with ads with low prices, targeting UK customers and hitting us with huge duties to pay, which are astronomical. How is it that other international and EU websites manage to include Taxes and Duties but not these guys.

We assumed that customers have read all the information regarding their shipment, since it is accepted.
In addition, customs and fees cannot be shown during the process since they cannot be known beforehand. They depend on governments and internal policies. There are even sometimes that orders are not under customs.
In case you want us to proceed with a return, we can ask for it but, once it comes back, we will deduct the costs of shipment and derivatives of it (customs, fees...)

Great online padel store
Most of the 1-star reviews are due to delivery problems. I understand how frustrating it can be because I’m used to have delivery issues with all the companies when I buy on Amazon or wherever (Fedex, DPD and so on…) but PadelNuestro is not responsible of the courrier.
I made my first order last week and I received it in 3 opening days (Belgium). Everything was perfect. The best price of the market, smooth delivery (for free) by Fedex and very good packaging to avoid any damage during the transport.
I totally recommend this padel store. I will order again in the future.

But, when you have many things in your cart, on desktop it shows only 10. This is especially annoying when some of the items are out of stock already and you must delete them, but you can't see those since you see only 10. So I had to switch to mobile, but in mobile you see full list, but no clue which items you must remove. So I had to open every item from my cart to see if it is in stock.
But I really wanted to make an order so I checked ~40 items and completed it.

Shipment totally sucks
Shipment totally sucks. It has taken over 2 weeks from order to deliver the parcel. There was a number of our house missing from my order and seems an impossible task for UPS to fix it. I've called them twice and still haven't received SMS about the delivery - they promised in the first call.
For Padel Nuestro I would suggest evaluating new partners for logistics.

Watch out for trick with changing currency to make product look cheaper!
Well - visited the website from a Nordic country and prices were in EURO as expected when visiting a Spanish website.
However, upon, revisiting the site on the same iPhone device I ordered three premium padel rackets.
Only after payment had been taken out of my account I realise I have paid more than the website originally showed.
To my horror I see that the prices I have paid was in GBP! Therefore “more expensive”. Around EUR 70 more expensive.
I dont know whether that is a trick they do to have their merchandise seem cheaper.
I am in a Nordic country (DK) and am not expecting a Spanish website to turn currency into GBP no matter how many potential British customers they serve!
Also, I ordered the three premium padel rackets on 30/11/2025.
Today is 10/12/2025. I still have not received them!
Will probably not order from this website again. Avoid!

I did not ask for changing to a UK website all of the sudden. And I was not aware it had done so. That is problematic.
I would not have bought the 3 padel rackets for the prices that I ended up being charged.
The difference has less to do with VAT and more to do with exchange rate being higher in GBP denomination than in EUR denomination.
