Padsplit overall is SAFE and a reasonable choice

My 1st Padsplit was in Forest Park, GA in 2021, 6 rooms the owner was MONEY hungry! No place to sit and eat in kitchen. The rooms were TINY and had 1 outlet in each room in a bad location and it had mice and rats that got in my food that I was NEVER reimbursed for so I MOVED!
2nd was in Houston, TX 2022, very nice house big rooms multiple outlets and cheaper than house in GA, but it was a young idiot who didn’t want no one else in the house except her and the guy who was there when I moved in. I’m a senior and they transferred me to another house up the street another very nice house I stayed there for a little over a year. Moved to Las Vegas 4th 2023, house was TOP notch, large room, beautiful kitchen fridge with water and ice dispenser, somewhere to sit and eat. I paid $189 per week and it was worth it. There was an idiot there had a short robe on bent over and all her tail was showing. She was young and jealous of the fact I was retired and tried starting some mess but I was on to my senior apartment before she could. Now my 5th in Las Vegas 2026, nice house and neighborhood like other in Vegas but older home, old stove and refrigerators, smaller rooms but comfortable only one bathroom for a house of 7 because 2nd bathroom is in a private bedroom. It’s 4 people who has to use the 1 bathroom and it’s not a problem so far but if they allow the other 3 rooms to be rented it might become a problem. I’m only here very temporarily so it’s not going to affect me. The cost of my room has been discounted for 6 weeks and when it increases it’s only $160 per week. So far very good, clean and quiet roommates!! The host in TX was accommodating but I find that the hosts in Las Vegas are more accommodating maybe because it’s Vegas. I let my current host know the bed in my room was hard, two low and uncomfortable they gave me the code to two empty rooms in the home and I chose another room with a VERY comfortable bed for the same price although it should have been a little more. Overall I LOVE Padsplit.com and my current home has cameras in the common areas which will allow them to know if someone isn’t cleaning up after themselves. They also seemed to do a double check on who was moving in which I loved!

Well I moved to Arizona from Montana…

Well I moved to Arizona from Montana and was on the streets.. but PadSplit was super easy to qualify for and finding a home was quick.. Now I’m almost at 2 yrs and still with my original PadSplit homeowner who now has 2 PadSplit house that I’m a CO HOST helping people transition into the house’s.. PadSplit has a life time member in ME and now I have 3 people possibly join the community of PadSplit.. THANKS AND GOD BLESS!!

Great option I just relocated from…

Great option I just relocated from Greensboro, NC to Richmond with no stress at all. The move in was smooth. The house is 15 minutes from my job and the house is quiet.

I dont like the fact you can't see the…

I dont like the fact you can't see the place before you move in. Waste money on uhaul to move in and it's nothing what the picture described the room to be.Then you offer a free transfer on the 1st move in. Now I have to rent another truck and take a chance on the new place. This was wasted money time and effort being 64 yrs young. Then I find out thru suggestions of customers service to ask for room dimensions which is a awesome suggestions, now that should be added to the room description.

There have been recent activities…

There have been recent activities during my last stay, that are questionable and I’ve escalated to Corporate, however, I have yet to hear about the resolution of a Serious Health & Safety concerns.

The most important thing is safety.

The most important thing now a days is safety. I felt very secure on how the locks on the front door and bedroom door gives security and peace of mind. To say home and safe.

Horrible room looks nothing like the…

Horrible room looks nothing like the picture this cement monstrosity it's not a room tv doesn't work the run around the host good talker non deliverer loud mouth obnoxious renter across from me padsplit no support rude woman cutting me off as I spoke talking over me they want 293 before you even move in plus 19 background check plus the weekly rent plus 103 wish I had been warned avoid like the plague

First Timer Experience was A+

Trying to find an affordable living space in my city is near impossible. PadSplit was recommended to me by someone I met on a train a year ago. I'm glad I trusted the process and found a wonderful room in wonderful house in the perfect location for transportation. I can stay here a long time.

My Padsplit Journey

Padsplit has given me an opportunity to progress further financially and emotionally while navigating my life during the most challenging times. There are some of the residents who…

There are some of the residents who believe that they do not have to follow the House Rules or house policies when it comes to their hygiene. And following the House Rules about cleanliness which includes cleanliness about themselves and the continued filth and disgusting hygiene
I have reported it to my host on several occasions. I have documented proof and still nothing is being done about the disgusting filth that is being left by some of the. Residents and nothing is being done about it
