This was a great option to get back on my feet after a divorce. It was low cost, and I was able to put up money to get my own house in three months.

There’s not consistency with the hosts…
There’s not consistency with the hosts supposedly provisions, which have been a huge issue for me. The pictures/photos of the homes/houses are not exactly the truth because most don’t measure up from what a member views. I have been with pad split almost two years and I have had numerous issues and problems with members not adhering to the rules/regulations and there’s a large percentage who smoke in the homes, which is a serious violation. I can’t emphasize the importance of problems with the overall quality of these houses that don’t measure up to the actual advertising that’s presented. Also many homes don’t have sufficient restrooms per individuals, which could make a member’s experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. So many members violate the rules and there’s very little structure where the quiet time is acknowledged. The customer service team has been a lifesaver for me whenever I have encountered problems, which I greatly appreciate although it doesn’t make up for the actual experiences that a member can encounter. I have seen a lot that is disappointing and discouraging but if you are in a suitable financial position, you have a much better chance of finding a nicer and more suitable accommodation but if you are making minimal income, the chance of finding something worthwhile doesn’t actually exist.

I've been living here 6 months the house is great maintenance requests are easily fixed host is awesome at taking care of emergent and non emergent matters. House guests need thoroughly background check before being allowed in only downfall so far .

JUST BEING HONEST
To be honest, I struggle with space provided here at PadSplit but the cost is affordable and it’s hard to pass up. Yes some locations are dull and can seem very shady but for the most part I haven’t dealt with mean or untrustworthy roomates. I can’t thank PadSplit enough for the opportunity they have provided to me in my time of need. For some of the smaller locations/room sizes we would like a bit better cost to size ratio provided.

I’ve had a really positive experience with PadSplit so far. The process of moving in was simple, and everything was clearly explained. The home I’m staying in is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which made a big difference for me.
What I appreciate most is having an affordable and stable place to stay while I get back on my feet. It’s been a reliable option, and I’m grateful for the opportunity.
Also, the customer service is bomb they’re responsive, helpful, and actually make you feel supported when you need assistance.
Overall, I would recommend PadSplit to anyone looking for flexible and affordable housing.

padSplit Is not a good way to save money
padSplit to me is a professional why to be a slum lord/finesser. you spend your hard earned money for a room that you are confined to just to not be able to be comfortable and have friends or your significant other or family come to visit. if I'm paying money that I work hard for. then I should be able to have a few guests over at least three times a month. also some of these rooms are over priced and some of them don't come with any amenities/perks like for example (Tv, mini fridge, small table fan, etc). I thought the whole purpose was to be able to live comfortable renting a room well saving and budgeting money but I have not been able to save or budget anything or live comfortable.

The house is at the best location
The house is at the best location. Quiet and peaceful. It helped my writing. I ad accomplished a my mission of writing during my 12 week stay her. My Pad mates are friendly and warm. We shared stories, life experience and even prayed together. I could attend church service daily. Christine, the house owner is an excellent person, Replied to texts on time and complied with request. I am sad to leave 305 Oak Drive, but will be happy to return in case I need another time to write.

Padmates refused to clean after…
Padmates refused to clean after themselves, they leave trash around, there are mice running around all hours of the night and gnats and flies that wont leave no matter how much we clean.
