The workmen and women were respectful and efficient. Only on one day did they arrive late. They kept to schedule and kept me informed along the way.

We recently had our bathroom fully renovated and we’re so pleased with the results. The quality of the work is excellent, everything was finished to a high standard, and the attention to detail really shows. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.

I was lucky enough to have a lady called Ayse Cingit dealing with my anti social behaviour case (neighbour problems).
What a professional!
Cannot thank her enough. Compared to the previous person I had dealing with it the difference is night and day.
Right from the start I could tell she took the case very seriously and had understanding. Simply brilliant.
Request this lady to deal with your case. If you're genuine she'll help you to the correct conclusion.

I’ve had multiple concerning experiences with PA Housing that I feel need to be highlighted. Recently, my next-door neighbor had fencing work done, and the contractors entered my garden from the neighbours garden into my garden without any prior notice or permission. Two men contractors were in my garden and I saw them from my kitchen(which overlooks my garden) at this point I didn’t know who they were and I went into a panic it was extremely distressed this had a significant impact on my health and anxiety. I am a single woman on her own and I felt very unsafe . I wasn’t informed beforehand, and it left me feeling shocked and worried. This isn’t the first time either; a few years ago, scaffolding was put up in front of my house without any warning!
I had made a complaint to Pa housing about this in the past which also impacted my anxiety and well-being because the scaffolding wasn’t supposed to be put on my home it was for the neighbours so when men came randomly and start putting up scaffolding I got very distressed
Overall, I find this level of unprofessionalism unacceptable. Residents should always be informed before any work is done on or near their property. I hope that PA Housing takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in their communication going forward.
I have put this complaint to Pa housing few days ago but had no responses so I’m leaving the complaint on trust pilot so they are aware.

Gurprit You are a Star
Gurprit | Customer Services Co-ordinator
You are a star , while there are some colleagues of yours in PA housing association who I am speechless about their conducts. Is a shame that I had to make complaints about them. BUT Gurprit continue to be professional and exactly like your promises in your job interview. May God be with you at all times. Amen

Deeply Disappointed and Mistrustful
Absolutely disappointed with this company. Rent charges are unclear, with unreasonable increases and no response to repeated enquiries. The complete lack of transparency is genuinely worrying.
If I had the choice, I would avoid dealing with them altogether — sadly, it's too late for that now.

My father passed away last year and we are now trying to sell his shared ownership flat. We were warned that it would be slow due to PA Housing's terrible communications.
A buyer was found and has now pulled out as they have had such issues getting answers from PA and do not want to do business with them. We are left with a flat that we continue to have to pay bills and service charges on, while dealing with the grief of losing a family member. The estate agent has said they are struggling to sell any PA Housing shared ownership flats due to the terrible reputation of PA.

P.A. Housing / Asra,
12 no-shows since April just to replace a kitchen sink. No updates. No accountability. Just silence.
Do you even care about your tenants? Because right now, you’re acting like you don’t.
You are a complete failure of a housing association. Useless. Unreliable. A total joke.
Our block here on 86 Cottimore Lane suffered a communal area ceiling collapse due to faulty ballcock on the main water tank located above. Despite being warned well in advance that there was a major issue with it. This happened well over three months ago. We have elderly and young children in the block which makes it quite an urgent repair you would have thought. Yet today I have once again had to negotiate this hazard to get to my front door. The service is absolutely disgraceful no sense on urgency to repair or thought for the impact on residents. I would add photos here but unfortunately am not able to. If anybody has a choice I would advise not taking a residency or leasehold with this particular HA. They claim they are not for profit, if this is the case then where is the money going too, as it is not being reinvested into the properties.

After extensive discussions with various professionals from Surrey Council and Elmbridge, I've learned that many share my sentiments regarding the challenges presented by PA housing.
As a tenant living in a second-floor flat, I am faced with significant difficulties, especially as I have an autistic child who currently sleeps in the living room due to safety concerns. He is at a high risk of attempting to climb the balcony, which has been a constant source of anxiety for our family. Despite providing medical grounds for our urgent need to relocate, PA Housing has been unresponsive to our situation for the past five months.
I feel compelled to take this matter to the Housing Ombudsman as I believe our safety and well-being should be the priority, rather than PA's financial considerations.

I have been struggling after my partner got brain damaged with Pa housing to get through and communication Kelsey grey from housing has been so accommodating and trying to support me the best way she can which I haven’t had in 6 years. She is very sensitive and helpful from housing.
Kelsey also always says what she said she would do to support and listens.
I would hope all the advisers would be the same especially from repairs team

Still no lift Yet another week struggling up and down 70 steps. I'm paying service charge for sumthing that's not worked properly and very unreliable. Why pa??????
WOW JUST WOW
I’m at breaking point!!
Put a review up a few weeks ago about the appalling actions taken by this housing association well no actions would be more suited!!
Just leave people felling alone and no one to turn to for help or support!!
Was told at the start they was 3 weeks behind now 3 months have passed multiple times on the phone wasting my time trying to speak to Ryan the homes move manager and not once has he or anybody form that department been in contact with me regarding a move due to breathing difficulties and no lift and 6 flights of stairs to tackle!!
Please if any council offer you these as a home provider turn it down and state look at their reviews and we all can’t be lying!!
This company is about the cash not its tenants!!
Poorly run housing association and poor employees/contractor's!!
