I got an email this morning with bank accounts attached to it informing that I have some outstanding debt with Helpling and i have to pay on the 7th of April,2025..It is strange because I have no transaction with the cleaning company so I considered it a scam because I won't fall for such crap.

Well seems company doesn't like…
Well seems company doesn't like negative reviews and simply objects them all to be removed and that is very scummy like its whole business. But I will take effort this time in providing evidence. So cleared debt 2 years ago however that is not enough as company continues to send me threatening letters. I am so fed up that i will not talk to their daft customer service to provide something that was already provided and wait for yellow envelope from court to object claim in full. This company is nothing than a bully so i suggest to ignore it as talking to these bullies yields no result. I am amazed that this is legal in such regulated country as Germany.
