Panache Cruises Reviews 

We recently booked our first cruise booking with Panache. While we were familiar with cruising, we were travelling with friends who were cruising for the first time.

Jill was eternally patient with us working through the options - location and vessel, and then the best stateroom selection.

With competitive fares as well, we highly recommend the team. And... if you're looking for inspiration, be sure to follow Helen and Richard too.

I found the staff very knowledgeable, and helpful. I wasn't rushed or pushed into buying anything straight away .i have in fact booked a river cruise so perhaps I will come back afterwards and let you know what I think.

Great company to deal with. Always answer the phone quickly and any query you have is dealt with in a timely manner by very nice staff. Very impressed. We have just booked another cruise with them.

I had been looking at an Explora Journeys cruise and called Panache ( who I have used on several occasions in the past) to check some details and what they could offer. I had the good fortune to speak with Georgia who immediately understood what my requirements were and offered several options whilst patiently explaining the differences in the various options.
Georgia was friendly, helpful and extremely professional all the way through the process.
Georgia also gave some helpful suggestions regarding hotels for both pre and post cruise.
Bottom line: I happily bought the cruise and heartily recommend both Georgia and Panache

Panache had sent us emails as we are B.A. club members. We usually book with a competitor that claims to give the lowest price and best service. NOT TRUE.
Rob Ledsham was fantastic, very helpful and patient. He gave us several alternatives and waited for us to decide. After all that he gave us a much lower price for exactly the same cruise. Without doubt we will use Panache in future.

I have just booked a fifth cruise organised by Panache! I think that tells how much I trust their knowledge and understanding. Three of the cruises were River cruises and Nicola has just booked two sea cruises for us. She is incredibly patient and kind even when I don’t understand a detail or want to have something changed she remains remarkably supportive. I found Panache online and wouldn’t use any other company to organise cruises for us.
