Nikon Z 70-200 S for under 1700 euros - an absolute steal -made it to my EU doorstep in 3 workdays. That's better than some domestic shipments... Lens is new, fully functional (and friggin' awesome). Looking forward to being a returning customer.

Fabulous Service
I bought a new camera (at a great price) through Panamoz around 14 months ago and just after the manufacturer's year long warranty expired the bluetooth chip failed and suddenly the camera would not connect to the App (which I used quite a lot). However, Panamoz stepped in with their 3 year warranty and allowed me to use either Sony or a local repairer and as soon as I had a quote for the repair they transferred the funds to me via paypal. As it happens the repair then took months but that is no reflection on Panamoz who provided fabulous and very prompt customer service throughout the entire process.

It was absolutely stunning customer service!
I asked if the camera would be in stock and how long it took. Reply was always within less than 12 hours. Even got a discount code along the way.
Given my upcoming vacation, I was pretty scared if the delivery would make it in time to Germany. Given the stated delivery timeline of up to multiple weeks. Took less than 7 business days in the end and the guys took care all the way to keep me informed. 10/10 would buy anytime again.

The Moment Of Truth
My Canon R5 MK1 developed a fault when the camera was coming up to 2 years old. I sent an email to Panamoz asking how to get it repaired under the 3 year warranty. Tina came back within the hour advising me to send to Canon for a repair quotation and they would cover the cost. I paid for the repair and was reimbursed within the hour. Tina was super helpful, quick to respond and did everything she said she would (great asset to the Company). Based on the experience of getting the faulty camera repaired, I was so impressed with the service, I have now upgraded to the Canon R5 MK2, knowing that I have the comfort of a 3 year warranty should anything go wrong and you are dealing with a great company and people. Thank you Panamoz & thank you Tina. Andy G
