5days delay and counting…

I've transferred money from my SG bank account to my PH bank account last February 03 2026, but i haven't received the money yet today February 07 2026 already.

I contacted the customer service everyday yet they are very unresponsive.

This is so upsetting, as they advertise fast transactions.

Fix your customer service. Very slow and unresponsive.

Bank gransfer took long time to process

I have transferred to my bank in the Philippines via FPS usually takes in minutes but now its almost a day and customer service online app is not helpful. Always saying customer agent is busy. And they didn't say the reason of the delay.

I transfer money from my Vietnamese…

I transfer money from my Vietnamese account to Philippine bank. It’s been three days now and I still haven’t received the funds! It shows transaction done in Panda app but no funds reach my Philippine bank. Please fix this mess!

Update! Just got my money today! Sent January 16, 2026 (Friday) and received January 19, 2026 (Monday). Panda Remit is a legit app but sending a big amount takes 2 business days.

I often have to fly between China and…

I often have to fly between China and US for work. Panda Remit is really a big help. I have used it many times to send funds. Not only does it have reasonable exchange rates and lower fees, the operation is very easy and fast. I've never met any problem using Panda Remit. Appreciate and highly recommend it!
